I am extremely disappointed with the service at this pharmacy inside the emergency center. My daughter was very sick—so weak she could not even stand—and we arrived around 8:45 a.m. Even though staff were clearly inside, they refused to help and simply said, “We’re not open until 9.” She opened the door at 8:55 but she said we still have 5 minutes more ‏ They could see how unwell my daughter was, yet offered absolutely no support or compassion. The customer service was 0 out of 10. In situations like this, you expect at least basic human kindness. Unfortunately, we received none.

Jeremy was absolutely amazing and helped me out where urgent care and the government (medical officer) were unwilling to support. Very understanding with client and patient care being their first priority. Nothing but fantastic things to say. Thank you so much!!

I had an excellent experience with Beacon Pharmacy at the Chumir! Their service was incredibly fast and efficient. I ordered a medication that they don’t normally carry, but they went out of their way to ensure I would have it the very next day. I really appreciate their dedication and professionalism.

I loved the original owner/pharmacists at Sheldon Chumir. I’d been with them over ten years. Efficient, friendly, really went all out to help each person who came in. Since being bought out by Co Op though service has declined, and getting medications that aren’t usually stocked can take up to a week to get. I’m getting frustrated with them and I feel like the staff don’t care as much. Still okay and do provide services to hundreds of people but I think overall they can do better.
