from GoogleI’ve been a regular customer at this location, coming in almost twice a week for a long time. Today I was extremely disappointed and felt straight-up lied to. I specifically asked about the 4-piece chicken I normally order and was told it was only 6 minutes fresh. I confirmed this before placing my order. What I received was clearly old - the chicken looked bruised and black. This is completely unacceptable. I also love your biscuits, but the one I got today was old and overcooked. Unfortunately, I had to throw away the entire meal except for the pop and the strawberry pie (which I ate). This kind of disregard for quality is exactly why the restaurant wasn’t busy. As a loyal repeat customer, I expected much better. Sadly, this will be my last visit unless things improve dramatically.
I came to this store and they give me a very old chicken I ask the 3 Indian lady in counter and they ignored me I can't even eat this chicken spoiled and looks like sitting there since yesterday I'm not happy
You can enjoy your great food in the clean, warm dining area with lots of sunlight. Staff are very nice, professional and fast to serve your order. Always enjoyed the crispy chicken with Popeyes along with fries and other side ons with great value for your money.
So, I went to Popeyes for the first time and it was awesome—thanks to Sanjeev. He was super chill and patient, walking us through all the menu options and combos, which totally helped us decide what to get. We asked for fresh chicken, and he made sure it was served fresh. The chicken was hot, juicy, and seriously delicious. His vibe was just so friendly and the service was top-notch. Big thanks to Sanjeev for making our first visit such a great experience. We’re definitely coming back!
The staff was very accommodating and would recommend items that we were looking for. The chicken is hands down the crispiest and tastiest fried chicken! They also have reasonable pricing. Comfort food at its finest. I recommend this place for you to visit!
It's a good Popeyes restaurant, the thing that I complain about is that the food sometimes gets way too oily but on other days it can taste amazing and just the right amount of juiciness. Inside is usually clean but sometimes the tables can be a bit greasy. Service of the workers is usually on the good side and they help you to the best of their ability.
This Popeyes has extremely fast service, which is great, but sometimes you get unlucky and might get fairly old chicken. The staff are nice and their service is very quick. Don't be afraid to have your order adjusted with substitutions, extra spicy, etc. as they're very accomodating.

My family and I have been coming to this Popeyes regularly because we love the location. We enjoy walking here from our house, and whenever we order, it’s almost always a family meal. This has been our go-to fast-food restaurant for a long time. Unfortunately, today’s visit completely changed how we feel about this place. I was placing my order and decided to change one of the items before I had even finished paying. I didn’t realize the staff named Akshu had already started assembling my original order. This employee preparing it immediately looked annoyed and gave me a disapproving look. Even though I hadn’t paid yet and was still finalizing my order, I was the one who apologized. Instead of showing understanding, she continued to look visibly upset, as if I had done something wrong. Customers should be allowed to change their minds before payment without being made to feel like an inconvenience. Things got even worse while we were eating. We left our son’s water bottle at home, so my husband went to the counter and politely asked for a cup so we could get him some water. We’ve done this before, not just at other restaurants but even at this Popeyes, and it has never been an issue. The employee named Akshu, refused. She wears gray unfiorm probably a manager or supervisor. She insisted that there was no cup available for water and that the only cup they had required an extra charge. I even went to the counter myself to clarify that we only needed a cup for water. She repeated the same thing—that there was no cup available unless we paid for one. It honestly felt like she was determined not to help us. Whether the cup cost 10 or 20 cents wasn’t even the issue. It was the complete lack of empathy and basic customer service. If your restaurant doesn’t have complimentary cups for water, that’s your operational issue—not something that should be taken out on a customer, especially when a child simply needs a drink of water. The experience left such a bad impression that we lost our appetite. We left our food behind and walked out so we could buy our son a drink somewhere else. We’ve spent a lot of money at this location over the years because we genuinely enjoyed coming here. Sadly, one terrible customer service experience was enough to change that. As long as Akshu is managing customers this way, we will not be returning. Customer service isn’t just about taking orders—it’s about treating people with respect, showing a little understanding, and handling simple situations with kindness. This was, without question, the worst Popeyes experience we’ve ever had.
Do not come here. The food was pretty good. But their attitude is absolutely terrible. They have a locked bathroom and someone used one that was open and they started timing them. Told them they had 3 minutes to get out. They were being unnecessarily aggressive and threatening. When they came out, they told them this was a private restroom not public and that they would be arrested for trespassing the next time. I mean I understand you want paying customers and not just people who use your bathroom but what if it was an emergency? Maybe, they planned to buy something afterwards. In the first place, it’s not that serious. You could have some basic empathy. The attitude really irked me. They might have come back later. If your attitude is terrible, you should not expect customers.
The chicken was not as fresh tasting as I would like. The biscuit...fuhgettaboutit... so hard, no softness whatsoever. Tasted like 3 days old. The side of mash potatoes wasn't bad but not hot. I had to reheat the meal in my air fryer.
