I really enjoyed the food, and I would definitely recommend this place! I was invited here just for a meal, but to my surprise, a lovely little birthday celebration had been arranged for me, even though my actual birthday was still two days away! 🎂💙 I honestly had no idea, so it was such a sweet and unexpected surprise! There was delicious food, fresh fruit, a beautiful birthday cake, and lots of little treats. Everything was so nicely put together, and we had such a fun time. I really enjoyed the food, the laughter, and the whole experience. It was a simple but thoughtful celebration, and I really appreciated the effort that went into it. Sometimes it’s the little surprises that mean the most! Thank you for such a lovely experience and a birthday surprise I’ll always remember! 🤍🩷

I had an excellent experience at Jerusalem Shawarma! I ordered the mixed shawarma along with their pudding, and everything was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. What impressed me even more was the outstanding customer service. Even though it was close to closing time, the staff welcomed me warmly and allowed me to place my order without any hesitation. As a pleasant surprise, they even gave me complimentary fries, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The food quality, generosity, and friendly service truly made my visit memorable. I highly recommend Jerusalem Shawarma to everyone looking for great food and exceptional customer service. I will definitely be coming back!
Very tasty and very generous portions! I ordered the Royal Kabob plate that comes with Beef, Lamb, and Chicken,, and it was all delicious. The sides it comes with, salad, potatoes, rice, and hummus are great (although the salad was a little wilted), too. The portions are so generous I had to take some home. If you haven't been here before, definitely give it a try.
The food in Jerusalem never disappoints. The shawarma is always perfect because, for that price, you really do get your fill. The service was great, and they serve you quickly.
Mahomad served the shawarma, assembled it exceptionally well. Good food for lunch.

I visited today and tried the chicken shawarma, while my friend had the lamb shank—both were incredible. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender, and the lamb was fall-off-the-bone delicious. This is easily the best restaurant I’ve tried in the city. Highly recommended!
I was disappointed with my experience at this place. I ordered the platter, and although the portion size was generous, the rice was undercooked when I checked it closely. Unfortunately, it caused me a stomachache afterward. Management should pay closer attention to food quality and ensure meals are properly prepared before being served. Very disappointing overall.
I stumbled upon this place while staying at a nearby hotel. Bold flavours, generous portions, quick service. The falafel were fried to order and had shatteringly crisp outsides and featherlight insides, but I think my favourite thing on the plate was the pickled cabbage on the salad. Nope, the baklava, definitely the baklava. Definitely worth a stop.
Great spacious place, the food is excellent and the service as well (thanks Rasha). Great generous and kind staff. Cleanliness of the food preparation and the dining area is impressive. It’s like it is a new place with new decoration and plenty of tables and a nice open concept. Parking outside is abundant. I highly recommend this place, not just for shawarma, but for pastries and sweets as well. Large menu and plants of options. It will take me a while to try all of them, but what I tried so far I liked.

The lamb shank falls off the bone, and the chicken shawarma is the safe order. The falafel is fried to order, crisp outside and light inside, and diners praise the pickled cabbage on the salad. The Royal Kabob plate, with beef, lamb and chicken, comes with rice, potatoes, salad and hummus, and it is big enough to take some home. Finish with the pudding or the baklava.
What it's like
The dining room is large, with plenty of tables and a clean, open layout, so it works for families and bigger groups. Parking outside is generous.
Before you go
If you order a platter, check the rice before you leave, so it is cooked through. The salad is best eaten fresh, so give it a quick look too.
