We first came here to celebrate our anniversary and it was really an excellent experience. The moment we came in, we were impressed with its sophisticated atmosphere, right from the host/hostess up to the servers, they all look presentable and they look like they want to be there (at least the one that welcomed and served us 😆). Then we came back with our kids to celebrate 2 graduations and 2 birthdays. Even our teenage kids are impressed with the place commenting that it looks expensive. 😁 I actually cannot find our reservation, and although it was a busy Friday night, Max was generous to still accommodate us and gave us a table for 4 at the lounge. Our server Ella served us well, when she’s busy at the bar, she made sure that someone still looks after us. The service here levels with the excellence of the food and atmosphere. Speaking of food. On our first time, they took the time to explain to us facts about their steaks. When it was time to order, the low light setting was not a problem because the menu glows, we expected it to be pricey, but it’s much of a difference to other steakhouse that we’ve been to. Although we waited for the food for over an hour, they acknowledged it and gave us complementary desert for our time and for what we are celebrating. We all enjoyed our food and nothing was left on our plates. We will definitely consider coming here again for our special events and celebrations. But don’t just take my experience, you should try it for yourself.

Chairman’s Steakhouse delivered one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. The service was second to none — attentive, professional, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. One of the highlights was the meat selection board they bring to your table, which really adds to the experience and shows the quality they offer. The steak was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and easily among the best I’ve had. Honestly, everything was top notch, from the food to the atmosphere to the staff. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an outstanding steakhouse experience in Calgary

Let Me begin with That was totally wickedly awesome. Aside from The Other guests that really did not want anythung to do With my sister Sitting beside Their table or Maybe it was me. All The staff Went above and beyond to make it an Awesome well deserved visit for us. At the first point of contact It was amazing. Matre de Absoluty , checked us in & helped with our parking registration free for the patrons. Then our Server Angelina I beleive it was Explained the menu, all the Kosher/halal. It was kinda cute as my sister is a practicing Muslim I asked for a kosher and we got a halal menu which was better for her. (halal and koser are the same in the eyes of Islam.) We got the crab wellington to start made to perfection. I got the 12oz Sinatra also Skill fully crafted. My sister had the Lamb, and was blown away. Kitchen staff knocked the task out of the park . Dress code in effect so we thought we could not eat there, However the Lounge & bar do not have the dress code in effect. Great job . Was a Beautiful expeirence.

We came to Chairman’s Steakhouse for a special thank you dinner with close friends who hosted us in Mahogany. We visited on date night, which was really good value, and the service was super friendly. That said, I’m not sure it quite lived up to the hype for me. My steak was ordered medium rare but came out closer to medium, and had more fat than I would have expected. The mash was okay, but not especially memorable 🫤 There was also a bit of unnecessary pretentiousness at check-in, which made the experience feel like it was trying a little too hard. Overall, good value and friendly service, but good rather than great.

Where do I begin... this is by far the best steakhouse I have been to in Calgary. The moment you step into the building you know you are in for a treat. The atmosphere is classy and sophisticated with that good mix of Rural Alberta scattered about offering a beautiful view of mahagony lake while you dine. Our server was amazing. She was personable, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Now to the food... we ordered the bone marrow, prawn cocktail and scallops to start and every single one of these dishes was perfect. For mains it would be a sin not to order one of their fabulous steaks. Our server brought a wooden plank with the various cuts to choose from. Although the 60oz Australian waygu was tempting, I dont think we had any room! So we settled for thr rib eye and porterhouse. It was cooked to perfection. For sides we shared the garlic mushrooms, crispy cauliflower, and potato rosti. Needless to say our eyes were bigger than our stomachs! But we did manage to save room for dessert, sticky toffee pudding and the chocolate torte. We had an amazing dinning experience and 1000 percent will be back.
