Ordered on Uber Eats, paid $6 for a quarter cup of canned Heinz beans in tomato sauce, even though the item photo and product description indicated it was supposedly made with smoked brisket. The photo I took is from after we took a few spoonfuls to taste it, after only a few, the already tiny container is half gone. Also had the brisket giant bakers, and no bbq sauce was sent or put on the items, so that was a disappointment. It was still edible, and the brisket was alright, but it wasn’t enough to sway me to ever order from this place again.
I ordered from them on Uber Eats and was really disappointed. The wings were barely even wings because they were so tiny. I also got the three meat plate for $35, and it came with only two very small half slices of brisket and three tiny dry pieces of chicken. For the price, the portions and quality were nowhere near worth it. Definitely won’t be ordering from this place again.
Wed Sept 2/26 Placed a larger order (over $70) through Uber Eats. Brisket sandwiches came without BBQ sauce or any sauce - dry! dry! dry! The pickle fries were soggy. Reported it through Uber Eats who said it didn't qualify for any type of refund and gave me a $2 credit. Put a rating via Uber Eats as well. Then called the location directly and asked for the owner or manager. I was told by the woman who answered they weren't available but I could talk to her. She took my name and then told me they didn't do an order for me. I checked my ordering details again and said their address was attached to it. Then a guy came on the phone. I asked who he was and he said a Team Member. He found my order and after I explained the two issues along with photos, his response was "oh the fries are always like that because of the packaging" and I suggested they change their packaging then. About the missing sauce, he said "sorry about that", "we do double check" and "when you order again, we'll give you extra sauce or something" to which I replied that we won't be ordering again. They really don't seem to care even when you tell them you have photos as proof of the issues! Save your money and spend it elsewhere. p.s. would add photos but Google Review isn't giving me that option
I hardly ever get the opportunity to have BBQ like this as I only eat Halal but Dickey’s did not disappoint at all! We ordered the Beef Rib and the Brisket Sandwich with mashed potatoes, Mac n Cheese and sweet corn. It was all amazing and definitely worth the trip! The rib meat was so tender that no cutlery was required (I just used my fingers). I honestly was so impressed and would absolutely go back soon! Also, I wanted to mention that the service was quick, friendly, and so accommodating. They are definitely worth a try if you haven’t yet! Photos were taken after we started eating, it looked too good not to start right away!
The texture of the brisket is nice but it either isn't smoked well or not seasoned adequately because it lacks flavour even when trying the burnt ends or brisket fat. The buns could be toasted better. But for a $10 sandwich it isn't bad. The customer service was nice but the staff don't seem well trained and move extremely slow even when I was the only guest there. The fries are actually very good. Good texture and generously seasoned.
Great combination Meat Mac and cheese
Ordered a 2 for 1 mac and cheese and they just split one order between two boxes. Not impressed.

Just stopped by for a late lunch today and had the brisket plate along with some other sides. The quality was even better than before—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The staff were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained, which really added to the dining experience. Definitely much improved from my last visit. Will be back soon! I recently visited Dickey's BBQ Pit in downtown Calgary, and it was an amazing experience! The smoked meats were incredibly tender and full of flavor, and the sides—especially the mac and cheese and hand-cut potato fries—were delicious. Great dine-in atmosphere and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Texas-style barbecue on 11 Avenue SW in the Beltline, where every item at this branch is certified halal. The house-smoked brisket is the main reason to come, since halal smoked brisket is hard to find in Calgary.
What to order

The brisket sandwich and the brisket plate are the orders to try, and the beef ribs are tender enough to eat without cutlery. The fries have a good texture and are generously seasoned, and the mac and cheese and sweet corn make a good plate alongside the meat.
