This safari meat market located in SE CALGARY, I find out their quality meats is the best, specially I usually buy their fresh beef and Goat, their cleanliness are perfect, very clean shop, excellent customer service, welcoming people, friendly people.. folks out there are respectful.

Safari Meat: I’ve been a customer here for a few years and last time purchased two whole goats and some lamb. Over a year ago, the price for frozen goat was $18/kg. Currently, other nearby stores are selling it for about $17.50/kg, so I believe it’s completely reasonable to ask for the current price before making the trip. This time, I was actually purchasing on behalf of a low-income friend, so the price truly matters—even a difference of 50 cents per kilo makes an impact. That’s exactly why I called ahead to ask. Instead of answering a very basic question, the person on the phone refused to provide the price and insisted that I had to come in person. When I explained why I was asking, he responded dismissively, saying things like “you’re just saying blah blah blah” and “if you’re my customer, you should show up, not call.” Rather than getting a straightforward answer, I received a completely unhelpful and unprofessional response. Knowing the price per kilo is a simple and standard request, especially when budget matters. Unfortunately, due to the disrespectful attitude and poor customer service, I won’t be returning.
