from GoogleIt’s honestly sad to see what appears to be the same person repeatedly creating different accounts just to leave negative complaints about this shop. What really stands out is how similar the comments are, the same points keep being repeated, and even many of the words and phrases are almost to literally identical. When different accounts consistently use the same wording, make the same complaints, and focus on the exact same things, it’s hard not to notice the pattern. At some point, you have to wonder how much hatred and jealousy one person can carry without feeling ashamed of this behavior, and how much time and energy they’re willing to waste trying to bring a business down. As a customer, I’ve personally noticed a serious positive change here. The place is very clean, the meat is wonderful, and the customer service has improved so much. Even the quality and freshness of the meat and everything else seems noticeably better than before. Instead of constantly trying to bring a business down, it would be nice to see people acknowledge when a shop is genuinely improving and working hard. I’m rooting for this place and hope they continue moving forward. Keep going, the positive changes are noticeable, and plenty of customers can see the difference.
Great customer service and very clean place. The meat is always fresh and good quality. The staff are friendly and helpful every time I come in. I really appreciate having a halal meat market like this in the community. Highly recommend!

This safari meat market located in SE CALGARY, I find out their quality meats is the best, specially I usually buy their fresh beef and Goat, their cleanliness are perfect, very clean shop, excellent customer service, welcoming people, friendly people.. folks out there are respectful.

The chicken bought from there was of very good priced. The owner Umar was nice and helpful to charge reasonably. It was not a bad experience.

Safari Meat: I’ve been a customer here for a few years and last time purchased two whole goats and some lamb. Over a year ago, the price for frozen goat was $18/kg. Currently, other nearby stores are selling it for about $17.50/kg, so I believe it’s completely reasonable to ask for the current price before making the trip. This time, I was actually purchasing on behalf of a low-income friend, so the price truly matters—even a difference of 50 cents per kilo makes an impact. That’s exactly why I called ahead to ask. Instead of answering a very basic question, the person on the phone refused to provide the price and insisted that I had to come in person. When I explained why I was asking, he responded dismissively, saying things like “you’re just saying blah blah blah” and “if you’re my customer, you should show up, not call.” Rather than getting a straightforward answer, I received a completely unhelpful and unprofessional response. Knowing the price per kilo is a simple and standard request, especially when budget matters. Unfortunately, due to the disrespectful attitude and poor customer service, I won’t be returning.
