from GoogleGreat atmosphere and the sheesha was excellent with a variety of flavours and a really smooth draw. The food was delicious, both in taste and quality. Service was a bit on the slower side (not sure if that’s typical or because they were busy), we visited on a weekday. Overall, it’s one of the better sheesha spots in the city.
Came here on Thursday and had an amazing experience! Great vibes, excellent atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality. Huge shoutout to Seena for taking such great care of us while being the only server on shift. She handled everything so well with a positive attitude and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be coming back!
Great place! We visited yesterday and had a lot of fun. The shisha is amazing (definitely try Fruit Explosion). Special thanks to Katya❣️she was so friendly and helped us pick the perfect flavors. Highly recommend!
Was here on the November 1st. I was doing a bachelor. Amazingly nice staff. They made it special. They can even handle themselves with a bunch of guys who were also drinking to much. I ended up getting sick in the bathroom. They know how to handle someone like that. As embarrassed as I am for that. I will come back. But I won't be drinking as much 🤣. A must try is the butter chicken burger.
Had an amazing experience at VYB Social Shisha Calgary! The atmosphere was relaxing, and the food and shisha were great, but the best part of the evening was the excellent service from Yuliia. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and friendly and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back again. Highly recommend asking for Yuliia if you visit!
I love my time here, Service, food, and prices are really excellent. Plus ➕️ happy hour is amazing 👏.
What an excellent service—absolutely amazing! The flavour wasn’t really to our liking, and they immediately changed it within minutes without any hesitation. That’s what I call great customer service! 🙌 The place has such a proper vibe, and the owner is extremely down-to-earth and friendly. Honestly, what a service! Highly recommended. 🔥👏
Tried this place for the first time and ordered their pasta through uber eats and it was absolutely delicious! 🍝✨ I had specifically requested a vegetarian option, and I truly appreciated how thoughtfully they accommodated my request and paid attention to every little detail. Everything tasted fresh, flavourful, and perfectly prepared. The care and attention they put into the order really stood out, and the overall experience was wonderful. So, so yummy — definitely coming back and highly recommending this place! ❤️
So good!! Coming here I’ve always had great service! The servers are attentive, friendly, and welcoming. It does get pretty busy, but they do have an electronic alert system at the table if you need to get the servers attention. They definitely know how to pack their bowls here. They have a good variety of the basic flavors like any lounge or cafe. But the house mixes is what sets this place apart. They’re always attentive with the coal changes. I want to give a shout-out to Vivek for always recommending a mix that hits just right for the mood I’m in that night. And even offers to change the bowl if I don’t end up enjoying it hahah. But the flavors hit for sure, the shisha is smooooth and the smoke is always THICCCCC. That’s 5 C’s. What more can you ask for? Enjoyable atmosphere, the music is always bumpin. You can come here just to lounge, sit and have a relaxing time. Or you can come here and pregame and get hyped for your night out. Either way, if you haven’t been. It’s definitely worth checking out. It’s a Vyb(vibe) for sure. (Shout out 2 Chainz)
VYB Social Club is true to its name 🔥Fantastic music, incredible enthusiasm, and a really cool crowd. The atmosphere is unparalleled, and the staff does a fantastic job of making everything run smoothly and warmly. I heartily recommend it as one of my favorite spots to hang out!
About VYB Social
Shisha and Indian-fusion food come together at this downtown lounge on 6 Avenue SW, which runs a halal kitchen. It is set up for a long evening with friends rather than a quick meal, and beer, wine and cocktails are served alongside the menu.
The shisha
The shisha menu covers a wide range of flavours, and the Fruit Explosion is the one diners recommend. Staff are happy to help you pick a blend, and diners say the coals are changed attentively and the bowls are packed well. Ask for a suggestion if you are new to it.
Food
The butter chicken burger is a good dish to try alongside your shisha, and diners mention it often. Vegetarian guests have found the kitchen accommodating, and the pasta is a good option when you order delivery.
Before you go
Book a table if you are going at peak hours, since it gets busy and the room fills up. Plan for a relaxed pace, since the evening is meant to be unhurried. Happy hour gets good marks from diners.
