I also love the warm and comforting vibe of this location. You can really tell that they care about their customers and the quality of their food. This is definitely my go to location, and I highly recommend it!
I had such a great experience at Jerusalem Shawarma! We ordered the mixed donair wrap combo with garlic potatoes on the side, and everything was honestly 10/10. The portions are generous, two people could easily share one combo and feel satisfied. The food itself was fresh, flavorful, and really well made. The garlic potatoes were especially delicious and paired perfectly with the wraps. The garlic sauce is next level and it makes everything you add it to even better. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and genuinely hospitable, which made the whole experience even better. I was eyeing their baklava but didn’t end up getting any (my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach 😅), and they kindly gave us some complimentary baklava, such a thoughtful gesture. Definitely coming back
Hands down one of the best shawarma places I have been to. Fantastic team - everyone was so thoughtful and great at loading the toppings we wanted and everything was quick as well. Amazing portions and the food is super fresh. The fresh juices are also a knockout, hard to find those and they were delicious! I would drive out of my way to come down here again, and that says a lot!

I ordered two chicken shawarmas at Jerusalem Shawarma, and once again we had a great experience. My kids are very picky eaters, so it can be difficult to find something they all enjoy. But they absolutely love the shawarma here! They like being able to choose what goes into their wrap, and having the option of chicken or beef makes everyone happy. Today was a special day because my daughter earned her new belt at Champion Karate, and she specifically asked to come here to celebrate. That alone says a lot about how much she loves this place. My previous favorite Jerusalem Shawarma location was on 16th Avenue NW, and I used to drive there often. Now I've discovered the McKenzie Towne location on 130 Ave SE, and I'm so happy to find that the food is just as delicious. The staff are always friendly, and they even offer complimentary tea, which is such a nice touch. Great food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!
