One working the grill and another gentleman in a blue shirt helping customers. I usually ask for extra salad on the side and no potatoes because the salad gets soggy when it’s placed underneath the meat. I also ordered a tabouli salad separately. The gentleman in the blue shirt said he would check, then came back and said it was no longer on the menu. Even though it was clearly listed on the menu screen. When I asked for extra salad on the side, he told me they had no extra containers. I pointed out the containers that were clearly displayed right in front of me, and he then changed his response to, “No, we don’t do that.” I was even willing to pay extra. The whole interaction felt like one excuse after another instead of simply being upfront about what they could or couldn’t provide. On top of that, the meat was dry, and the garlic sauce barely tasted like garlic. The consistency and taste were almost closer to mayonnaise. Very buttery and oily rather than garlicky. Overall, both the customer service and food quality have declined. Very disappointing experience.
Shawarma Palace never disappoints! We had a birthday party planned for a few days later, so I contacted Kareem from the catering company to place an order. He was very helpful, informative, and accommodating with our small requests. Kareem ensured that the food would be ready at the preferred time and provided a complete breakdown of the order through text, which relieved any worries about missing items. On the day of pickup, the restaurant called an hour in advance to confirm the order and verify that I would arrive at the scheduled time. They wanted to ensure the food wouldn’t get cold if I was late. When I arrived, the order was ready, and the staff was warm and helpful with loading all the food into my car (there was a lot of food). Special thanks to Farid at the restaurant for doing all the heavy lifting and carefully placing the food into the car! We ordered the package for 12 to 15 people, and it was amazing. The chicken, beef, and lamb shawarma were incredibly flavorful, and the salad and potatoes were outstanding. The rice was perfectly cooked, and the selection of sauces and dips brought everything together. It’s a pleasure to enjoy authentic Middle Eastern food! I highly recommend Shawarma Palace for any occasion, big or small. Thank you, Kareem and the staff at Shawarma Palace!
I can't believe such places still exist. Hands down easily the greatest Donair I've had, and I've had them globally. They pack the meat as you can see. The donairs are huge and delicious. Amazing flavors. On top off that, the best customer service and so sweet and friendly. This place is a MUST without a doubt. I've been back a few times already and will go back repeatedly. Money well spent on food.
One of the best place to eat!! Literally worth the drive to come here. It’s our first time trying it and the generous amount of food is outstanding. We can’t even finished a single serving. Friendly staff, great food and a lovely atmosphere. Definitely will go back here
Never been in here but randomly stopped here and I must say - the wraps are unreal. You can customize your order and stuff which is nice. I was surprised at how easy it was to order too. As someone who doesn’t really know that much about shawarma it seemed simple. Thanks team

The food was amazing, and the place was so clean! The staff were all very accommodating, friendly, and polite. They even surprised us with complimentary baklava for dessert. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Shawarma Palace - Walden Great food and great staff! This was our first visit—our son recommended this place to us—and we’re really glad we came. The staff were very welcoming and took the time to suggest options. They even offered different sauces to taste before pouring, which may be common, but was still a nice touch. The atmosphere was lively, and one of the staff (I believe the manager) even offered us free baklava since it was our first visit—such a thoughtful gesture. Lovely food, lovely people—we’ll definitely be coming back… (hope the baklava is still free for us 😆)

The donair is very large and packed with meat. Chicken and beef come off the spit as wraps you can customize, or as plates with rice and salad, and diners say the wraps are easy to order. If you are new to shawarma, ask the staff to explain the sauces, since they will let you taste them before you pour. A free baklava is often given with the order, and the staff have offered it to first-time visitors.
Catering
The store caters birthdays and parties, with packages sized for groups of 12 to 15 people. Order ahead, and the store will call to confirm your pickup time. Customers who have ordered catering say the staff are helpful with small requests and send a written breakdown of the order before pickup.
