First meal in Alberta after 15 years, and we stopped here right after landing with my family. Really glad we did. The place is clean, cozy, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. They even surprised us with a bunch of things on the house—pastries, sweets, and tea—which made the whole experience feel extra special. The food and drinks were all really good, especially the fresh juices and pastries. Everything felt fresh and well made. The kids were especially impressed, and honestly so was I. It really brought back that warm, friendly vibe I remember.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing food and such a great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. A special thank you to Abdullah, who made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it and was genuinely so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the whole experience made this location stand out. Definitely one of my favourite Jerusalem Shawarma experiences. Highly recommended!
We’re from Saskatchewan, and every time we come to Calgary, we always make sure to get shawarma from Jerusalem Shawarma! Since they have multiple locations, we decided to try this one this time, and we had such a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent, and we were warmly welcomed with some Arabic tea, which was so refreshing! They also offered us some baklava to try, and it was honestly so light and delicious that we ended up buying some to take home. 😍 Such a welcoming atmosphere, great service, and delicious food. We’ll definitely be back again! Highly recommend this location! ❤️
First time in Calgary, this is a wonderful experience! The kunafa, baklava, shawarma, and many other treats looked absolutely beautiful and mouthwatering. The variety was incredible, we wanted to try everything! The highlight was meeting Hicham. Originally from Morocco, he warmly introduced us to the different kinds of baklava and made the visit so much fun and delightful. Great food, great people. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in town!
The menu is extensive. The service from the people was fantastic. The food was delicious and phenomenal. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Place is clean. If you eat here you will not regret it.
We dined there yesterday on our way to the airport! We hit the restaurant at early evening - the block smelled just like heaven! I asked to meet with the owner who happened to be there and offered us 3 extra plates to try. Even their drinks were locally made and tasted so authentic ..and nothing was less than excellent in quality or taste! We asked them if they cater and yes, they do. We hired them to take care of the dinner we are planning next month.
