I ordered food through Uber, and I have to say, I absolutely love Mary Brown’s. Even though there are 2 chicken burger places near my place, I always go to the 130th Avenue location whenever I’m craving a chicken burger. This time I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location, but the staff were soooo kind and helped me place a new order. I really appreciated their help and friendliness 🫶🏻 The food was delicious as always, and the people were so welcoming. I highly recommend giving this place a try. It made for a perfect lunch 🩷

Kiandra is an absolute superstar! ​I had a fantastic experience at this Mary Brown’s location today, all thanks to Kiandra. I’m a bit particular about my spice, and when I asked for some extra seasoning, she didn’t just say "yes", she was incredibly lovely and helpful about it. ​It’s rare to find such genuine, friendly service these days. Kiandra’s positive attitude turned a quick meal into a highlight of my day. If you’re coming here, hope that she’s behind the counter. She is a massive asset to the team!

I normally don’t write reviews, but this location truly deserves it. Every time we visit Mary Brown’s on 130th Avenue, the food is consistently fresh and delicious. The chicken is always perfectly cooked, juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and served hot. Even the potatoes taste fresh and never old or dry like many other places. What makes this location special is not just the food, but the people. The atmosphere is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff are friendly, patient, and genuinely respectful to customers. You can tell they are trained well and take pride in their work. A special appreciation to the owner for running such a wonderful place with such humble and down-to-earth management. Good customer service is becoming rare these days, but this team still knows how to make customers feel valued. This has been one of our favorite places for years, and the quality has remained excellent the whole time. Definitely one of the best Mary Brown’s locations in the city

Yesterday, I was at Mary Brown’s Chicken on 130th Avenue, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The girl at the front counter was very rude. I understand that people work out of necessity, but when I smiled and greeted her, she barely responded. I had placed my order online, and I had the receipt. When I got home and opened it, the chicken pieces were wrong—they were small. Another customer, an older woman, was giving her order slowly, but the girl rushed her, speaking rudely, saying, “Is that all? Your order is done,” in a very impatient way. I had to place another order, and I will attach both receipts as proof. I left a review on Google, and I am also emailing Mary Browns Chicken. I want to say that your front desk staff need to be more polite. If they can’t handle it, they should be sent home. Customers deserve respect. Another customer, an older woman, who was there before me, was also treated poorly. She was calmly giving her order, but she was also snapped at and rushed. Please improve this. Thanks

I have been eating at Mary Brown’s on 130th Avenue for many years, and the quality has always been outstanding. Their chicken is always fresh, juicy, hot, and made perfectly every time. The potatoes are also incredibly fresh and served hot — you can really taste the quality and care in the food. The store is always very clean, and the staff are extremely well-trained, respectful, and friendly. The managers are very down to earth, and the owner is one of the nicest and most humble people you could meet. You can tell they truly care about their customers and their business. If there were more than 5 stars, I would gladly give them even more. Highly recommended!
