Nothing Fancy hand pull beef noodle&rice
A small downtown noodle shop doing hand-pulled beef noodles and rice bowls, Lanzhou style - the northwest Chinese cooking that comes from the Hui Muslim community, which is why a Chinese restaurant turns up on a halal map at all. Google does not classify it as halal, and it has no website; what we have is a customer reporting that the halal certificates are hung on the wall. That is community word rather than something we have verified, so check the wall yourself if it matters to you. Inexpensive, and one of the few halal options in the west end of downtown.
