This was my first time trying their noodles, and they were absolutely delicious. Their stir-fried noodles were packed with flavour and have quickly become one of my favourites. We originally ordered takeout, but enjoyed the food so much that we decided to visit the restaurant in person. We’ll definitely be back again. Don’t hesitate to give this place a try, especially if you love flavourful noodles!

Highly recommend this place to my family and friends !! The quality of the food is absolutely outstanding! The hand pulled noodles show right as you enter the place is mesmerizing! The taste of the chilli sauce is epic! I love how the beef was flavoured so beautifully! The portion sizes are really good! Will come here again and again! Great service! Love the girl at the front entrance she gave us wonderful food suggestions and was super friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10!

The food was very nice but like the title wasn’t that fancy felt like a home cooked meal, beef tasted lovely and was a pleasant experience, the noodles were freshly made behind the counter and felt very authentic.

Nothing Fancy but HALAL.. all halal certification are hanging in their wall. The pulled noodles were freshly good. I tried the clear soup, that was shooting. Amazingly tasty. Will visit again to try a nee menu, especially the rice bowl. Parking is easy especially after office hour. But don’t worry it’s just less than one minute walk from downtown west kerby station. Really recommended.

tl;dr: Great value, delicious noodles, and in a convenient location for a casual lunch or dinner. This placed used to be Calan Beef Noodles and for the most part it is still quite similar. Came here for lunch to try out this new restaurant and I would say it is an improvement overall. The interior is still pretty dated but clean. It has a very plain and basic atmosphere but you can always watch them pull the noodles which is fun to watch. They added vinegar bottles to the tables now and also a reverse-osmosis self-serve water station which is pretty nice to see. The ordering process here is you go up to the counter and place and pay for your order, then grab a seat and wait for your meal to be prepared. Once it is prepared you go up to the window and grab your tray. After you are finished, you can just leave and they will come clean up the table on their own. I was able to try out several complimentary dishes here, the owner is very customer focused. I got the braised beef noodles, beef chow mein, vinegar cucumber side dish, sesame balls, and fried mantou with condensed milk. The braised beef noodles is very similar to Calan, the biggest difference is that they add cilantro by default here and the broth is a bit more complex because of it. The leeks are also cut more thinly making it nicer to eat. I added their chili oil in mine and it is more of a flavorful oil than a spicy oil, the spice level was fairly low. I would say this dish is a must try here and I recommend the flat wide noodles although any noodle works. The beef chow mein I would best describe as a less greasy version of beef chow fun with bolder flavors. Everything in it paired well and it had a good amount of protein although it is heavier to eat. I would recommend mixing it up as soon as you get it or it gets tricker the longer it sits. For this one, I think the thick noodles or the flat wide noodles are a better choice. For the side dishes, I had the vinegar cucumbers which is a refreshing pairing with the braised beef noodles, it helps cut through the spice and oil well, it is a bit much for a single person but if you are with someone else it is a good plate to share. The sesame balls were slightly sweet and filled with red bean and has a crispy exterior and glutinous inner shell. Finally the deep fried mantou with condensed milk is slightly sweeter and had a thin crispy outer shell with a soft interior that tastes like milk bread. I preferred the sesame balls over the mantou but you can't go wrong with either. Overall I would consider this place an improvement to the Calan Beef Noodle restaurant that was previously here. Only real complain I have is the spoons are too small so they risk falling into the bowl of soup if you aren't careful. The value is exceptional for what you're getting. It is also in a convenient location being right next to the train station so if you're ever in the area, I'd recommend stopping by and giving it a try especially when it is colder. Update: Tried the clear beef noodles but I prefer the braised beef noodles. Also tried the beef rice, good amount of meat but needs some sauce since it is pretty basic, on the upside it is healthier.

When I heard this location would be changing I was very worried as Calan Beef was my go to for lunch, but the braised beef with noodle is still on menu and the broth is upgraded with some fresh cilantro, very good. My wife had the spicy garlic noodles and loved them. All so satisfying for much less than $20 each
