My friend and I had dinner at Barcelos the other night and it was honestly so good. The chicken caesar salad wrap was fresh and flavorful, the chicken was perfectly juicy and the wrap had amazing flavour. The burger was awesome too, really tasty with just the right amount of spice. I was super stuck between either and even after trying both I couldn't pick. The cheesecake was the highlight, super creamy, not too sweet, and probably the best I’ve had in forever. Service was amazing and we left totally full and happy. Definitely going back soon!

The bottom line is the food is slightly worse and more expensive than Nandos. The chicken was butchered weirdly with pieces missing chunks of meat and skin. I should have taken a better picture but didn't discover this until the 2nd piece and my hands were messy with sauce. The skin isn't crispy enough and the center is a little dry. Then it's smothered in sauce to cover up the mess. The sides I will compliment. They are larger in portion than Nandos. The fries are fried better and spiced well. The rice was not bad.

Great customer service and amazing food. Whole experience was great from entering into the restaurant till walking out. We were greeted, they suggested good estimate of food. We got whole chicken super family deal, chicken liver, espatada. Everything was amazing abd the dessert definitely good too.

My husband and I went to Barcelos yesterday intending to buy a whole chicken but ended up upgrading to the Supremo meal, which includes fries and garlic bread. When we got home and opened the sealed bag for dinner, I realized the fries were missing. I called just to let them know, not to complain or ask for anything, but simply so they’re aware. The staff were very apologetic and asked if I could come by to pick up the fries. Fortunately, my son was in the area and was able to stop by, and true to their word, they gave him the missing fries. Great customer service like that is commendable. They handled the issue with kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend Barcelos—not just for the food, but also for how they treat their customers!

We had a wonderful experience at Barcelos Flame Grilled Chicken during iftar. The restaurant was absolutely packed and extremely busy, yet the food that came out was fresh, flavorful, and truly excellent, easily 10/10 for quality. What impressed us the most was the dedication of the staff and the owner. It was iftar time, and they had been fasting all day themselves, yet they continued serving every table with patience and a smile. Despite the rush and the full restaurant, they kept working nonstop, breaking their fast with just a sip of water before getting right back to serving customers. You could really see their passion for their restaurant in the way they handled the evening and in the quality of the food they served. Later, when the rush slowed down, we had a chance to chat with the owner, and it was clear how much he genuinely cares about providing exceptional food and service. Some customers should understand how challenging it can be to manage such a large iftar rush, especially while fasting, but the team truly did their best and still delivered amazing food. I would highly recommend this location over the NW location, you can genuinely taste the difference in quality and care.
