We live far from Calgary, bought the halal meat in bulk. The fresh Lamb was spoiled even though we freeze the meat. Almost wasted our $300 dollars. It was a bad experience with this store. I never recommend someone to buy it from here

I was a customer of Madina Halal Meat for over ten years. I was always provided with fresh, quality meat and good customer service. But I was so disappointed at how I was treated today. I called in to place an order, as I usually do, and the employee did not want to take my order. He immediately said, “sorry, I cannot hear you.” I replied, “Can you hear me?” And he replied “No, I cannot hear you.” That made no sense to me. My daughter called from her phone and the employee pretended to not hear her either. It was clear that he did not want to take an order. When I called back to express my frustration and requested to speak to the owner, who is very kind, the employee was dismissive and did not give the phone to the owner. I am so disappointed at the disrespect from this employee. I will not be returning.
