You saw the ai pictures, don’t ignore them, the food is barely digestible, the Mac and cheese was room temperature, I had Kraft dinner that was better, what type of “cheese” even is that. Oh and the sandwich brisket was hilarious, it was a block of meat on unmelted cheese and to this day I’m still looking for the taste that those bots are talking about.

Ordered a ‘1 lb brisket’ from Dickey’s Barbecue Pit and the portion was noticeably small for what was advertised. The brisket itself was extremely dry, overly salty, and lacked flavor to the point it wasn’t enjoyable to eat. The meat looked stringy, dry, and lacked moisture, more like it had been reheated than freshly prepared. See photo attached, this is the entire ‘1 lb’ brisket I received. I called the store to address the issue and the manager was dismissive and rude. When I asked about a refund, he responded sarcastically, “so you want me to refund a $50 brisket?” He then told me to go through Uber Eats and hung up. I tried calling back but couldn’t reach anyone. Overall, poor food quality, misleading portion size, and very unprofessional customer service. If you’re looking for a proper Texas-style BBQ experience, this wasn’t it.

Tried the Brisket Combo and it exceeded my expectations! Everything was fresh, and the meal was worth the price. Definitely one of the best I've had. Highly recommend! And especially the service is very quick and the staff is very polite

I had the Smoked Meat Caesar Salad and it was absolutely delicious! The smoky flavor of the meat paired perfectly with the fresh, crisp romaine and creamy Caesar dressing. The portion was generous, and every bite had a perfect balance of flavors. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. They greeted me warmly, checked in without being intrusive, and created a welcoming atmosphere that really stood out. Highly recommend both the dish and the amazing service — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Initially I was a bit hesitant about trying the smoked beef brisket sandwich as I thought- based on the mentioned price - it would be a very basic standard sandwich. Honestly, it had exceeded my expectations by far, one of the best and tastiest sandwiches I ever had in my life (it came in a burger bun), juicy and well prepared and cooked. I will go for the meal next time for sure. The service was soo nice, team is very polite and generous when making food. I had the chance also to try their Karak Tea, it is done in the right way near to perfection. Highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for tasy food & exceptional service.
