We ordered shish tawouks and meat lovers platter shawarma and salad platter etc. The hospitality of the Palestinians is always amazing. The staff was courteous and obliging which always makes you love them. They served us complimentary tea and some sweets for kids and service was fantastic. Good place to be here with family for good Palestinian food. Strongly recommended.
We came all the way from the USA to Calgary and had to try Jerusalem Shawarma, and wowwwwwww, it was SO good! 🤤 We got the mixed meat platter and the doner kebab platter, and both were absolutely delicious. Definitely one of the best Mediterranean meals we’ve had so far. The service was great, the food came out really quickly, and they even treated us to baklava on the house, which was such a sweet surprise 🥹💛 I honestly wish we lived nearby because I’d be coming back all the time!
Went in to grab some dinner, got the burger t was so fresh and juicy. They add caramelized onions which adds a nice sweet flavour. The fries were hot and crispy. Will for sure be back. The girl at the till Hadeel was very kind and welcoming and all the guys making the food were super nice and friendly.
We came here on whim on our last day of visiting Canada. We were welcomed with a lovely smile by Remas. She was so sweet and super helpful. We quickly received our food which was DELICIOUS and even received some Baklava on the house which was the best I’ve ever tasted! If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to come here.The food is 1000% worth the price. I believe it’s the best meal we had during our stay here in Canada. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. 100/10 service and again can’t begin to explain how kind Remas was.
I had a great experience at Jozlem Shawarma! The food was delicious and fresh, and the prices were very reasonable. The hospitality was also excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming specially lina she was nice.Overall, a great place to enjoy a tasty meal. Highly recommended

Food is really good
We had an amazing experience at Jerusalem Shawarma! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour, and the customer service was outstanding. A special shout-out to Hadeel, Ahamad, Hassan, and Lina for their exceptional hospitality, friendly attitude, and professionalism. They truly went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Great food, wonderful staff, and an excellent atmosphere! Highly recommend Jerusalem Shawarma. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience!
Upon entering we were Kindly greeted by someone offering a drink. The staff behind the food bar are amazing at what they do, fast, efficient and focused. Food was delicious, Atmosphere especially while ordering was like a military operation which felt cold, and rushed but I guess that is the consequences of being super efficient, there is no room/time for being pleasant. Either way, I left feeling satisfied with a full belly. I would return.

First time trying shawarma wrap at this location, we ordered a mixed one(chicken+beef) and lamb, they are both delicious and it’s worth the price they charge. We really like the mixed one because they put a lot of meat in there and the wrap doesn’t taste dry. Very nice and friendly staffs too!
The breakfast was Incredibly delicious!!! The girl who attended to us was so servicial. For sure, I'll repeat it. Update. Each time I go there, I try to taste a new dish. It's so delicious. I love this restaurant, for all the other places that serve shawarma in Calgary. For me it's the BEST

Drove all the way from Winnipeg to try their lamb kebab, and it completely justified the trip. The meat is authentically seasoned, packed with flavor, and portions are solid. Paired it with an Ayran — a perfect combination. The traditional atmosphere is genuine, not a cheap imitation. 5-star service (special thanks to Lina). Highly recommend this place if you want real quality.
