What to order The kabuli pulao first: a single representative taste of Afghan home cooking, and the right way to judge a kitchen like this. The chapli kebab, the saffron chicken and the lamb soup all get named, and the platter of one lamb and one chicken kebab is the standard order. The sauces are good. Good to know An iftar buffet in Ramadan - around twenty-five dollars a head for hummus, salad, fish pakora, kebabs, lamb and chickpea curry, kabuli pulao, naan and kheer. Check the price on the board before you order; the one sour review on the page is a misread menu price that was not adjusted at the till. Simple decor, generous portions, served hot.
