⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 out of 5) I had a great experience at Medina Cafe and Grill. I went there with my friends and we had an amazing time. I tried the shisha, and it was really amazing—one of the best I’ve had. The employees are very friendly, polite, and welcoming, and the customer service was fast and excellent. We also ordered some food, and everything was absolutely delicious. The ambience and overall atmosphere are top-notch, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy time with friends. Highly recommended!!

1 star for the biryani! Loved it! Anyways. I’ve never felt more robbed before lmao,, none of the fees were mentioned to us beforehand or at any point during our time there. I was confused as to why a biryani and a diet coke came up to $45++ and I don’t mind paying double or triple the amount had the fees been mentioned to us before. The server was unable to provide a bill or reprint my receipt and when asked about the price, we were told that we were being charged for the disposable mouthpieces and a table fee(??) or something along those lines. And the server also did not mention that an 18% gratuity was already added before I tipped 20%. I’m not saying that the fees aren’t fair but we would’ve loved to know beforehand. And if the service was great I would’ve tipped on top of the auto gratuity anyway, but the $6 diet coke took 20 minutes to get to us so…🙏🏼

Atmosphere was great but a tip to the wait staff - maybe next time don’t talk about your customers in Hindi to your colleagues. It might just happen that we understand and speak your language! We spent over $200 at this establishment but since you wanted us to leave so bad, we’ll just find another shisha lounge for next time. Win win!

Medina Cafe is hands-down one of my favorite spots! The shisha is absolutely the best smooth, flavorful, and perfect for relaxing with friends. Their Somali tea is incredible, rich and comforting, and the food is consistently delicious, full of authentic flavor. What really makes the experience special are Abdul and Faheed, they are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home every time you visit. Great vibes, amazing taste, and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend!

Don’t come here if you expect good customer service. The staff is unwelcoming and the rules seem to keep changing every time we visit. The first time we came, we were told we had to leave because we didn’t order shisha, which was never communicated to us beforehand.We decided to give the place another chance because we enjoy shisha. On another visit, we actually ordered shisha and drinks, but they suddenly enforced a rule saying every single person at the table had to order a drink. This had never been mentioned before, even on previous visits when we had ordered food and drinks. The inconsistency is frustrating and unprofessional.The food also isn’t great, and they’re often out of basic items like fries. Overall, the experience has been disappointing multiple times. They really need to do better. We won’t be coming back
