I was surprised when they told me they had a Halal menu. We tried the 8 oz Halal Alberta Beef steak and the Stuff Chicken, and it was amazing. In addition, we tried the Jumbo Spicy Prawns, and they were yum. The server was kind enough to make drinks for us without alcohol. Au Gratin and Cheese Cake was just 🤌🤤 I highly appreciate them. They signed a card for my wife because it was her birthday. The staff was kind and patient. They also paid for your parking ticket. Highly recommended!!

My sister and my daughter and our friend went to Ruth’s Chris for a double birthday celebration in February. While the atmosphere is lovely and the service is excellent, I had higher expectations for the food. My sister and friend had been there previously and could not stop talking about the food. While I thought the appetizers were excellent being the stuffed mushrooms, the calamari, and the crab cakes, the sides being the lobster mac and cheese, fire roasted corn, and asparagus and then the main of filet and the banana cream pie were very average. I thought it was a very pricy meal and would have been just as happy at any other steak house.

First off, food was great. However, we only had two halal options to go with: Petit Filet and Lamb Chops. Steak was juicy and flavourful. All the sides we ordered were also great. That said, my main goal was for my party to try the different steak cuts that are on the halal menu. When I checked with them on their reservation site, I was confirmed that all halal menu was available for my reservation date, only to find out that wasn’t true as the response was AI generated. So you can see why my experience was disappointing. If you’d like to try this place for halal steaks, make sure to call them instead of messaging them on the website.

I had my birthday dinner on Thursday night and It was one of the best dining experiences we have ever had. Food is amazing, the decoration is elegant and the service is absolutely outstanding. Every single employee we met there was super friendly and professional. The moment we arrived at reception desk I have been recognized and greeted Happy Birthday with warm welcoming. After we sat down the server brought me a birthday card signed with whole team.She even scattered some cute spangles on our table. How sweet is that! Our servers including the young lady who brought the steak to us and demonstrated the hot buttery plates were super friendly and welcoming. The dessert was served with a lighted birthday candle with Happy birthday writing on the plate. We will definitely come back to this restaurant again and definitely recommend friends and family to this restaurant for the excellent service and the fantastic food as well as the beautiful environment.
