from GoogleBought a few items from here and when I got home and consumed one of them and realized it was expired 2 years ago. I checked other items which were also expired. I wouldn't give them my buisness if they cant take off expired items off the shelves. Don't shop here unless you want expired food!
Worst place to buy goat meat/mutton. Do not buy meat. Purchased 3lbs, open packet after 1 hr and it smelled rottan. This wasn't a 1st time, only reason went there because it's near our house. Also, rude staff at the front. Buy from Mann Meats in NE or other shop.
Great place to buy your meats always fresh and baby goats/ lambs. There beef is also amazing Abdullah takes care of customers very nicely, he cater things according to the request. There frozen section had some good products. Great place to shop.
I recently visited Hyderabad Halal Meat and Groceries and had a very bad experience with one of the salesmen — he was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect basic respect and courtesy, but unfortunately, that was missing here. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer service because I would not recommend this place until then.
It's a smaller place with not a whole lot of diversity in terms of what you can buy. The meat however is fresh and good, and the restaurant next door makes good roti. It feels a little scuffed at times, but certainly is a good place to get your meat.

A small halal meat counter and South Asian grocery in the Royal Vista plaza at 12 Royal Vista Way NW in northwest Calgary. It sells halal meat, produce and pantry staples, and one shopper says the restaurant next door makes good roti.
The meat counter is the reason most people come. Baby goat and lamb are the usual picks, and the beef is also well liked. The frozen section has some good products. The shop is small and focused, so it is a handy stop for a top-up. Staff are happy to cut the meat to the request, and the frozen section is worth a look.
Shoppers praise the freshness and say the staff are warm and helpful. One regular says the beef is excellent, and that the staff take care of each request, cutting things to suit. The baby goat and lamb keep shoppers coming back.

Check dates on the shelf and look over the meat before you pay. Go in with a clear list, and check every packaged item you buy, especially the frozen products and the meat you take home.
