Kabul Bites

An Afghan kitchen centered on kabuli rice (spiced rice with carrots and raisins) and slow-cooked lamb shank, served in generous, home-style portions. As with most Afghan restaurants, halal preparation is simply part of the culture and cooking here rather than a separately advertised certification. The hospitality is a real part of the experience - staff often check in personally - so it's worth sitting in rather than only taking it to go.
