Have been there twice and good experience in exploring small but well organized place. Chicken, meat, fish were option we explored and found them good. Less option vs variety. Prices are comparable with Walmart. Lot of spices and other grocery option. Got good customer service.

The owner here is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He always takes the time to talk to me, ask how I’m doing. It honestly feels more like visiting my uncle’s shop than a typical grocery store. On multiple occasions, he’s given me food he thought I’d enjoy or that would go well with what I’m cooking — completely free. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. An honest, friendly, and welcoming store that deserves every bit of support.

I’ve shopped at this store many times. It’s run by two men, and my favorite is the shorter gentleman—he’s always polite and friendly. The other person, however, can come across as less approachable and a bit impatient. That said, I really appreciate the halal meat they offer, especially since they grind it at no extra cost when purchased from the store. Let’s give them some grace—I'm hopeful that their customer service will improve over time. Sometimes, cultural differences can take a bit longer to bridge. I’d like to believe that honest reviews like these highlight the importance of good customer service, and that they’ll take the feedback seriously and continue improving. I have to add that lately it has been almost impossible to reach them via phone. I am not able to leave a message either because their mailbox is full. Guys, please clean up your mailbox. Thank you for the good quality of your hala meat, unlike the brand that Superstore carries.

today I visited food world to buy some meat. When asking the butcher about the suitability of the piece of meat for the dish I wanted to prepare. The butcher told me that he’s showing me the piece of meat and I am responsible for how it turns out. After telling the butcher that I don’t know how to assess a piece of meat, and I would like to differ to his judgment. The Butcher was very rude to me and told me that I either take it or leave it. When I told the Butcher that I’d rather go somewhere else and asked for his manager‘s number, he told me he was the owner and asked me to leave the store aggressively or else he will call the cops. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had at any convenience store I’ve ever been to. This attitude and behaviour does not deserve any customers or business. Shame on you.
