10/10! Cluck yeah waffle sandwhich was so good, not oily, not too heavy and the perfect balance. The waffle itself is delicious. Smokey chipotle sandwich was also a hit, great flavours. And the chicken tenders with cluck sauce were also great. Drove from inner city to try this out and it was totally worth it! They also do a lunch special, burger fries and drink, for $10 between 11-3pm. Such a good value that you can’t find most places!

I had such a good experience at Cluck Clucks Calgary. The fries were honestly some of the best I’ve had — super crispy and the portion sizes were HUGE (definitely worth it). The chicken itself was better than any other spot I’ve tried in Calgary, which I didn’t expect but was such a win. Everything tasted fresh and just done right. The staff were also so friendly and actually helped me pick the best options, which made the whole experience even better. Super clean as well! It’s such a cute spot too — perfect for a casual date or even just a late-night bite. 10/10, I’d recommend this to anyone 🙌

Blew me away. Fantastic flavour. Huge pieces of chicken. Juicy and cooked perfectly. Only $10 for any sandwich. I suggest sampling this place until they inevitably raise the price to $11.99 per sandwich. Very friendly girl at the counter. I was expecting (and hoping for) a slightly spicy Nashville Sammy, but this was very hot. If that is your jam, you will enjoy. I will return to sample the fries shakes and other items.

If I could, I would probably rate this 3.5. Tried the Nashville hot chicken sandwich at Cluck Clucks and honestly have mixed feelings. The chicken itself was huge, super juicy (also because they use thighs) and had a really nice crunchy coating. Service was friendly and the inside has a fun vibe/design too. That said, the flavor profile just wasn’t really for me. The seasoning tasted more like an intense cayenne-heavy dry rub than a balanced hot chicken flavor, and it was WAY hotter than I expected — and I eat spicy food regularly. The spice almost overpowered any other flavor. I also found the sandwich a bit one-dimensional with just bun, chicken, ranch, and sweet pickles. I personally think lettuce/tomato or another fresh topping option would help balance the richness and heat better. I ended up removing the pickles because I didn’t love them, and after a while the sandwich started feeling really heavy. The chicken was juicy but had a few fatty/tendon bits that gave me the ick a bit texture-wise. Fries were the thicker cut style and also seemed to have spicy seasoning on them. If you like fat fries you’d probably enjoy them more than I did — I personally prefer crispier fries. Overall, I have mixed feelings. I think the chicken leaned too far into heat over flavor balance and the fatty globs gave me the ick. If it had additional toppings maybe it would balance it out more. I will say it was fresh , juicy and nice crunch though.

All of us got the smokey chipotle sandwich. Was disappointed with the chicken itself. It was undercooked, and had a strong chicken smell/flavour. The sauce, coleslaw and bun for the burger was good. Dessert was decent. Was told dessert doesn’t come with any sauces, but would be way better if it did come with chocolate or caramel. Staff was nice.
