The first thing you immediately feel is the incredible hospitality, courtesy and sincere friendliness of the staff. The atmosphere here is simply great: cozy, comfortable and very heartfelt. All the employees are nice and friendly. I would like to separately mention Ibrahim - he is a man with a capital letter! He is incredibly sincere, kind and a true master of his craft. His food is something special, everything is prepared with soul and turns out extremely tasty. You feel that a person puts his heart into his work. I sincerely recommend Jerusalem Shawarma to everyone who appreciates quality food and a warm attitude towards customers. You definitely will not regret it! Absolutely delicious food, dripping with flavor! Casual, relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. One of the top two shawarma places I’ve been to!! Will definitely go back when visiting Calgary in the future.
Had an awesome experience at Jerusalem Shawarma Downtown! The guy preparing the food put on such a great performance—he was super amusing and made the whole order process fun and entertaining to watch. On top of the great energy, the food was totally legit and authentic, and the portion sizes were huge! You definitely get amazing quality and great value here. Highly recommended!
I had a great experience at the restaurant. The service with Haitham was excellent. He was very friendly, attentive, and professional. He made sure everything was perfect and we felt very welcomed. I would definitely come back again!
This place is amazing!! First and foremost the staff and the service is 12/10.. The food was amazing, we couldn't get enough of the delicious rice, meats and salad. The restaurant is impeccable and has a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Vladimir for the great dinner!!
