Great place to grab fresh hot food. Ordered the shawarma and liked it as the vege inside is crispy and springy fresh plus the onion is not too strong that overpowers the other flavor just the perfect match, had shawarma liked this in the Middle East which was authentically similar. fries was hot,fresh and not to salty a nice side food to the tasty shawarma. Place is clean,well lighted and the washroom is well maintained. Noise level is very low as most of the customers are students dining and studying or working on their laptops plus the employees are polite and friendly. Overall this has been a nice dining experience and will drop by again for a meal if ever in the area. Keep up the good work guys. Thank you

I ordered a chicken shawarma, but the cooked chicken seemed very old. The color had turned brown, and the overall food quality was not good at all. Also, the prices were higher than the prices shown on the boards under the screens. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience.

Osmow’s has always been my go-to. However, after tonight’s experience I don’t think I will ever come back to this location. I came in and the staff was working on another person’s order, so I waited at the counter. However, when she finished the other order she just stood in front of me, no greetings, no smiles, none of the standard customer service. I just went ahead and ordered because she wouldn’t speak and the ordering experience was quite unpleasant. I looked past it anyway because I understand she might have had a long day. I ordered a chicken on the rocks as usual. The staff prepared the food extremely quickly. When I came home, I could tell that they put less chicken than usual and the overall color of the food is off. The chicken was mushy (most likely old chicken) and I really thought that there were potato bits in there because they were THAT mushy. I asked for mild spice and there was less hot sauce than usual, and the rice and chicken did not have any seasoning at all so the it was like eating a pile of garlic sauce. Also, the sauce itself tasted way off, like a weird sour and not really anything else. I always order them same thing when coming to Osmow’s, and so I could tell that this time their quality has gone way down. I also got a baklava box. Usually baklava would be on a tray and staff would put 8 pieces in a takeout box, but now they were prepared in a small container with 6 pieces and the price stayed the same. I was craving some baklava so I just ordered them, thinking that the baklava would be as good as before, but the quality was extremely disappointing. The pieces of baklava were mushy, way too sweet, I couldn’t feel any pistachio and had a weird brown color. Just feel like eating a block of dough. I don’t think I will be eating the rest of the baklava container. Overall, the price has gone up and both the food quality and customer service has gone way way down. A waste of money and time.

This place was kept very clean, the food station was kept tidy and organized, and the food took a reasonable amount of time to make. Maybe it's because we came at a late time in the day, but my beef shawarma was very dry and chewy, it was very difficult for me to swallow. But I nonetheless enjoyed my shawarma a lot, especially with the scorching hot level of spice. This is one of the few places where I actually get the spiciest level of spice and I think it's a little spicy lol.
