Pretty amazing place, especially for the Hala meat but I’ve had multiple issues with incorrect charges at this store, which is becoming concerning. On three separate visits, items that did not belong to me were added to my bill. The first time, there was over $50 worth of extra meat items, which was noticeable right away. The second time, I was charged about $15 for bread I didn’t purchase. Most recently, samosas were added to my receipt, and I’m not sure how that happened. While mistakes can happen, this pattern suggests a need for better accuracy at checkout. Cashiers should take extra care to ensure that only the correct items are being scanned and charged. I recommend double checking receipts before leaving the store. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve customer trust and service quality. Also, if an item is expired, please remove it from the shelves instead of placing a sale sign on it

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at Shaheen Grocery. The customer service was extremely poor, and the staff were rude and disrespectful. Instead of treating customers with courtesy and professionalism, they made me feel unwelcome. I expected much better service, but unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they treat their customers.

Most impressive. While killing time waiting for my vehicle to be repaired I stumbled across this grocery store that I might normally pass by with little or no interest. To be frank it doesn't really look like much from the outside however when you get inside it really dramatically changes. Guys you have to come in here it actually turned out to be quite the incredible experience. If you love seeing and discovering new things this place surely won't let you down. Just their tea selection alone makes it a worthy destination.. find so many different types of high quality teas that you will be quite mesmerized by the selection. They having a outstanding and high quality assortment of Honey s of the best quality at a price that is more than fair. I've seen honey products twice as expensive on other locations such as health food stores and what not. I've posted many pictures for you to see what am I talking about and what type of choices that you can expect to find there and I hope you enjoy the things that I found special about this place.

Your new cashier is an absolute liability. He’s rude, unprofessional, and clearly has no business dealing with the public. I don’t know if he’s your brother or cousin because the family resemblance is hard to miss, but that doesn’t excuse his behavior. Worse, I’ve personally witnessed him trash talking customers the second they walk out the door. That’s not just unacceptable; it’s a surefire way to destroy whatever reputation you have left. Hire better, or train who you have. This is embarrassing!
