I have tried a lot of shawarma / donair spots all around Canada and the US, and this is hands down the best. Tastes so authentic. The bread that they use for their wraps is so good. Everything was fresh and delicious. can’t wait to go back

I absolutely adore this place and always have. The lamb beef platter is my fav. The sauces are incredible. The last 5 times I have been here (usually after a work shift but WELL before closing time) I have been treated like an inconvenience. Made me so uncomfortable I didn’t ask for what I wanted cause they started taking the sauces away before they even made my platter. For 30$ for one platter and someone who’s been a regular customer for 12 years and recommended you guys to several ppl, it just made me sad and disappointed. I want to see KOS succeed forever so pls treat your customers with the same respect we give to you. All I ask 🙏

Everything is great here. I get the shawarma platter with chicken. Big chunks of meat on perfectly spiced rice with amazing sauces. The wraps are great too, on a thin pita that crisps up nicely.

On Thursday night around 11 pm I just went this place there was an Indian girl had tattoos on her left arm she was wearing air pods in both ears I repeat my order 3 times she couldn’t hear me she put everything on my shawarma without my permission and added 4 kinds different sauce’s without asking me she was listening music she made it very bad taste 0 percent customer service garbage

The staff here are great.. Calgary has a lot of people that are new to this type of cuisine. The staff are so great at explaining the different dishes, and the toppings available. If you have a bit of a sweet tooth. Try the baklava.
