I tried their beef donair wrap and it was mind blowing! The beef was juicy full of flavours! Sauces are not that powerful making it quite balanced. Owner is very friendly guy! Highly recommended if you love donair!!

I have tried most of the reputable shawarma spots in downtown Calgary. At least I thought I had, until I experienced what might be the best one, today. Alibaba kabob house is incredible. The ingredients were so fresh, the meat was delicious, and it’s prepared with care. I will be back so many times.

Not worth it. Store is forever empty with no traffic for a reason. The regular chicken wrap is 75% vegetables and less than 20% protein he literally counted the pieces. I further saw the server add another pita/naan into the wrap to add volume to it. The dry chicken breast was cut and precooked and stored in a Tupperware container and steamed under a lid of a pot on the hot “grill” for 2 minutes. No rotisserie style chicken you expect from a an authentic Afghan shawarma joint. Very disappointing, the serve couldn’t make it any faster. For $12 I’d spend an extra $2 at the newly opened shawarma palace which is block away (
