Zero customer service and misleading food portions! Absolutely terrible experience at the Quarry Park location. Ordered a 9-piece chicken meal through the app, and they counted two tiny, miniature chicken wings as full pieces of chicken. When you are buying a meal to feed a family dinner, this is incredibly misleading. When I raised this concern calmly at the store, the franchisee and staff were incredibly rude, started getting loud, and refused to do anything to fix it. They literally told me to just email head office and let them deal with it. Zero customer service, zero accountability. Avoid this location if you expect decent food and basic respect.

My elderly father ordered a 9pc from here tonight and when he arrived at our home, there was only 5 pieces of chicken. I called to make them aware and the lady who answered was kind, polite and understanding. She told me she would give us the missing 4 pieces and apologized which I very much appreciated! When I arrived with my Dads receipt, I was questioned by an older gentleman who said he packed the order himself and knows there was 9 pieces. He asked how many pieces were in each box (which I responded 3 and 2). He said he packed 4 and 5 in each box. I told him that was not what my Dad received and he went to get the remaining 4 pieces of chicken. When he came back, it seemed he had picked 3 of the smallest drumsticks and one of the smallest chicken breast I had ever seen. I kindly showed him that it was almost impossible to fit 4 small pieces of chicken in the box, let alone 5 adverage sized pieces... Shame on this franchise location for ripping off their customers. I will never order from here again and will be sharing my experience on social media. Very disappointing.

After have a Mary Browns craving for the first time in a long time I went into the Quarry Park location and got a 3 piece meal to go, I was very disappointed with the way the chicken turned out, the drumstick was ice cold small and dried up, the breast was so dried up that at first I did not know what piece of chicken it was, the thigh was ok but greasy. I dont live very far from this location by the time I picked it up and got home was may 3-5 min so it should have been still warm, this chicken seamed like it was cooked hours ago. I dont think I will be having a Mary Browns craving anytime soon, guess I should have returned it, I wouldn't even give my dogs a piece.

Lying to customers is not ok. Food was NOT fresh. I asked for freshly dropped chicken, indian looking guy without uniform, seems to be the owner, said yes its all fresh made to order but my order was ready in 2 min! How? I open it and it’s cold chicken. Avoid this location at all cost. Lying and bad food. I wouldn’t trust them with my food. Zero stars if I could.

The food at Marrybrown Quarry Park is usually good and tasty. The staff are friendly, the ambience is nice, and the surroundings are clean. For the past month, I have been eating at this fast-food restaurant regularly and never had any issues before. However, in the past few weeks, the service has become very slow due to being understaffed. Yesterday, during Big Mary Monday after lunchtime (before 2 PM), there was only one staff member handling the counter while more customers kept coming in. This caused long delays, which was disappointing. I eat at this branch about three times a week, and they always seem to be understaffed, which affects the service speed and food waiting time. I have never experienced this issue before at this outlet, so I’m wondering what is happening at the store. I hope the management is aware of this situation and can take action to improve staffing and service.
