from GoogleHot food and sweets tasted great. Falafel can use a slight improvement. Staff members were very cordial and helpful. Fresh pita bread made onsite was a plus. The value of their fruits and vegetables is great compared with other stores. Sometimes they get special buy on their fruits and vegetables that make them even greater value. However, these special buys often have a shorter shelf life. The hot food they sell is a great value. I made a comparison between their plate meals and other quick serve restaurants. Most quick serve restaurants have between 3 and 4 oz. Of meat on their plates or bowls. Theirs averaged about 7.5 oz. Of chicken shawarma! I really used a scale.
Just ordered these today, And it’s unbelievable there’s feather left on the chicken, its like they just cooked a whole chicken alive, I have never seen this in my life and I think I will not eat chicken for a while after seeing this. I contacted the manager directly trying to solve this and return the food but he just didn't care! Never go there for food and trust all the negative reviews here its truee !
It was my first experience at Basha food International, I bought two packets of Grapes which are rotten inside, and other fruit peaches has no taste that should be, so it is my first and last visit there, i seen chicken there that looks like expired dates, so be aware before shop at this store.
Always a great experience, many varieties and a pleasure to walk around. The pita bread is the best in the city. One change I’d like to see and wondered about for years is why not make a path or a way for carts to go near the parking lot. Take a look at the picture below. Can management look into it please?
Right now they have 3 small watermelons for $5. Chocken breast for $5.99/lb their halal chicken parts are pretty good price. If your used to seeing no blood or water, dont shop there. They just put it in heavy duty plastic bags that may or may not leak hence the affordable price.

I purchased meat from your store today, October 24, 2026. Unfortunately, when I reached home and opened the package to clean the chicken thighs and back, I noticed a very foul smell. The chicken appeared to be spoiled and rotten, even though the package clearly stated a best-before date of October 26, 2026. We are regular customers at Basha International Foods, so this experience is extremely disappointing and concerning. Food safety is a serious matter, as consuming spoiled meat can pose significant health risks to customers, including children and families who trust your store to provide fresh and safe products. I strongly urge your team to investigate this incident and strengthen your quality control, storage, and food inspection procedures to ensure that such situations do not happen again. It is alarming to think that other customers may unknowingly purchase and consume spoiled meat, potentially putting their health at risk. As loyal customers, we expect fresh, hygienic, and good-quality products from your store. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take the necessary corrective measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches from this shop they were absolutely disgusting. The chicken wasn’t fresh even the dogs wouldn’t eat it if I threw it to them. It’s the worst place you could possibly eat at I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
They sell expired food. Be careful if you buy items that have expiry dates rather than English (we told the store directly and they acted surprised but everything is there after 2 months). Also they removed expiry dates out of so many items or make it impossible to read.
