I had such a wonderful experience at this Somali store. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff are incredibly attentive, kind, and professional🙃they go out of their way to help and make you feel comfortable. It means so much to have a place where we can access our cultural attire and products right here in the community. You can really feel the care and pride they put into what they do. We’re very lucky to have this store. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to others!

Please fix your hours of operations so people don’t drive from okotoks and find your store closed. I drove to your store in the morning, on Tuesday to be there at 11 am as per your store hours, but when I got there it said the store opens at 1 pm. I believe the sunset is around 7:40 pm to break the fast. Thnx Re: I did not edit the review, I simple added the second paragraph to respond to your reply. Eid Mubarak sister. If you simply edited your hours and acknowledged my concern I would've happily deleted the review, but instead you like to go back and forth with it.

Very bad customer service. There are no prices on the items, and you have to ask every time, which is uncomfortable. The staff is not welcoming at all—no smiles, no greeting. Overall, it gives a very bad impression.

Lovely items like flower pots, curtains, beddings and lots of items. I bought a long jacket, dresses bedsheet and few other items. They are nice but I think most are pricey. I recommend them though.

Edit: if you speak to your costumers nicely and explain things nicely, you’ll have costumers. I have money to spend, but not with rude business that act as though your questions and time are not respected. Very rude response. If you expect someone to pay like I said below at least have the couches displayed or pictures of them put together so you know what you’re paying for. I went to the new location. Seems nice. I wanted the floor couches. She told me in the back, didn’t direct me to anywhere. Then when she finally came back there, she showed me somewhere else where they were all stacked on top of eachother. I asked how much she said $2000 lol. (Online these go for $200 and no they are not used they are hand made by people from what I can see on Etsy.) If you expect a costumer to pay 10x more for something at least have a display of what they’re paying for or pictures of one displayed on your website or on your phone. I just walked out. She seemed bothered by me asking and wondering.
