Very rude, I purchased a dress and they refused to exchange it for the exact dress different size when the dress was tagged as the wrong size on their side.. They are very difficult to communicate with. Don’t waste your time or money! Tags WERE STILL ATTACHED AND SAME WITH THE HAIR PIECE IT COMES WITH. Tags and head piece still attached as seen in the photo.
Its ome stop shop for all family Islamic and gancy children's clothes. Very unique style
its one of the best experience store i bought clothes for me and my daughter also my husband bought perfume misk, we love that store price so good defiantly we will come back
Beautiful clothing, however when me and my husband came here to look around the women at the counter followed us around the store the whole time, closely watching us , without saying anything. especially when we touched anything. It felt like she was expecting us to steal. It was very uncomfortable, so we left without purchasing anything.
Bought a dress that was labelled size 11, turned out to be a size 9! Dress was never worn and still had all labels on it. Went back to get a bigger size and they refused to swap it. Even though the dress and hanger I had indicated it was a size 11! Absolutely horrible place and will never step foot in this store again.
I don’t live in this province. I was visiting shopping mall and came across this store, where I thought I could buy some hijabs for my wife. I already bought two hijabs from this store, but when I called my wife, she said I could buy two more. There was a Chinese lady working there. At first, her behaviour was good. However, when I was looking for two more hijabs and asked her to show me some different colours, her attitude suddenly became very rude. She looked extremely annoyed, even though I don’t think I was bothering her or asking for anything unreasonable. I was honestly surprised and disappointed by her behaviour. The store owner should provide proper training to the sales staff on how to communicate with and treat customers respectfully. Good customer service is an important part of any business.
My go to store when I'm in Calgary.
