One of the highlights is their “Napoleon” cake, a nod to the French dessert tradition, and it’s excellent. The food overall is very solid—comforting, flavorful, and clearly made in a home-style way rather than a commercial kitchen feel. There are also a decent number of vegetarian options, though the menu definitely works better if you’re not diet-restricted. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was absolutely packed, which says a lot about how popular it is. Despite the crowd, the experience still felt warm and personal. The family runs the restaurant together, including the children, and it genuinely feels like you’re being welcomed into someone’s home rather than eating at a typical restaurant. We liked everything including the apple and berry drink they make in house.
Everything we ordered was so good! The Uzbek pilav was delicious and full of flavor. The chicken noodle soup was warm and comforting, perfect on a cold day. And the Napoleon cake was absolutely amazing — super fresh and one of the best I’ve had. The owner was also very kind and welcoming, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend this place!
I absolutely love this place! The food is incredibly delicious, and everything is always fresh. The chebureki are simply amazing—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The desserts are just as outstanding and definitely worth trying! The owner and the entire team are so welcoming and friendly, making every visit a wonderful experience. The service is truly top-notch, the prices are very reasonable, and the quality is consistently excellent. We popped into this place today and wow, the food is absolutely incredible! The pilav, crepes, khinkali, and the cheburek were all top-tier. We washed it all down with some ayran, it was a total game-changer. Highly recommend checking this spot out!
My husband, he loves khachapuri. Every time left this place full of food and dishes is soooo delicious 🤤 . It’s even difficult to say what exactly is yummy cause each time we try something new and it’s perfect. The owner always stay at front counter and help to choose according to what you want. Always a welcoming atmosphere. And should tell that it is the best honey cake in Calgary)))So will highly recommend this place and will come back next time with friends.
Very tasty food! The chebureki and khinkali are delicious, and the dessert was amazing too! 😍😍😍 The staff is very friendly, and I love that everything is freshly made just for you. You can really taste the difference! Definitely a place I would come back to.

Fantastic food and great service!
My first time trying Uzbek food and it was amazing! We started with Beef Borscht which was nicely seasoned and comforting on a rainy day. We heard good things about the Uzbek Pilav and after trying I can say it was definitely the highlight, so delicious and flavourful!! We also tried Khachapuri (four cheese) and while it was yummy it was way too much cheese for us lol, although that’s on us since it’s literally in the name. We wanted to get a slice of honey cake too but unfortunately they were sold out that day :( Definitely returning in the future for more pilav and to try their honey cake 😄

What to order
The Uzbek pilav is the standout, and the chebureki are crisp and full of flavour. Save room for the Napoleon cake, which diners single out, and the honey cake, which can sell out. The four-cheese khachapuri is rich, so share it. The soups, such as the chicken noodle soup, are comforting on a cold day, and the apple and berry drink made in-house is worth trying.

It is a small, home-style place run by a family, and it gets packed at busy times, so go early if you want a table. The owner is often at the front counter and is happy to help you choose. Beyond the chebureki
