Al-Salam Centre is a spacious mosque on Ranchview Dr NW in Ranchlands, a short walk from the Islamic Association of NW Calgary. It has prayer halls for men and women and holds the five daily prayers, Jumu'ah and Eid prayers. A youth centre and an Islamic kindergarten and elementary school share the premises. It is peaceful and welcoming, with a community that makes you feel at home. Jumu'ah There are two Friday prayers, one after the other, so plan to arrive early for the first. The current timetable is on alsalamcentre.ca. Parking The hall holds hundreds of people, but the parking lot is much smaller, so allow extra time to find a space on Friday. Buses 129, 105 and 97 run here from Dalhousie LRT station.

The masjid quite spacious. It may accomodates hundreds of people. But the parking space may not fit for those capacity. The Friday prayer started at 1pm (1st batch) and 2pm (2nd batch). If you are newcomer, you can reach this masjid by using bus 129, 105 or 97 from dalhousie LRT station.

Muslim Prayer Hall/Mosque for both male and female. They also have a youth center for play. They have a Islamic kindergarten/elementary school on the premises.
