The staff here is genuinely so great! The front counter guy was super friendly and helpful. I heard him answer the phone professionally and courteously, which is hard to come by these days! The cook gave me the biggest chicken breast ever too heh! Great that they locally source alot of the main ingredients as well! Amazing job!

We've been going to the original Chicken on the Way in Kensington for decades. It's a Calgary institution and it's great that they've opened up other locations in the city and even in Airdrie. However, it would be wonderful if they had one in the Huntington Hills or Beddington area. Hopefully, the owners read this review and consider that for the future. There's plenty of space at Deerfoot City.

Absolutely love Chicken on the Way Macleod! You can really taste the difference — the meat is always fresh and sourced from local farmers, which makes every bite juicy and flavorful.

Ordered a family meal for pickup, was informed a 15 minute wait. Upon arrival, I was told again it would be 15 minute wait. (They hadn't even started my order). Got my order, went home. Opened up my food to some of the worst quality of chicken I've ever received. It was old, poorly breaded and overcooked. The fries were terrible. They were old, crunchy and cold. Gravy was under seasoned. I'm super disappointed by this experience. The only good thing I had received was the corn fritters. Not worth $60.
