We had such a great experience here! The paneer pakoras were hands down our favorite. They were perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside. Bf can't stop talking about how good they were. The Shahi paneer was rich and comforting too! While we were waiting, the staff kindly offered me a veggie samosa to try, which was so thoughtful and tasty! For sweets, we had plain barfi, gulab jamun, and jalebi, which were all super fresh and satisfying, especially the gulab jamun. My boyfriend got the lunch box with four veg samosas and chickpea curry and loved it. Everything tasted wonderful. Just the kindest staff, great food, and super clean environment. We'll absolutely be back, especially for the paneer pakoras! 🩷

Very disappointed with my recent visit from very far to malwa sweets. The sweets I purchased were clearly stale and tasted old while opned at home and used, as if they had been sitting out for days. The texture was dry and the flavor was absolutely off, which completely ruined the experience. Some of items like Gazar Halwa and Veg Samosa found good only rest of items were hard to eat so had dumped in to bin. For the prices being charged, I expected fresh and good-quality products. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh sweets.

We had great time having lunch there. We tried there alu poori and makki di roti saag. Both of the items were so so good. Alu sabji was the best, and saag was so tasty and best thing was it was genuine saag and not blended in the blender. We also ordered mix pakode and sweets which were also fresh.

Malwa Sweets at 50 Nolanridge Ct NW is a wonderful spot for delicious food and authentic sweets. The staff are friendly, the service is quick, and the place is always clean and welcoming. Great flavours, great people, and a great atmosphere — definitely worth visiting.

Really good paneer and the naan was perfect. Everything tasted fresh and the portions were huge. The owners are such nice people and made me feel right at home. It’s my new go-to spot in Calgary for a quick, filling meal. Highly recommend!
