The person at the counter helped us choose great menu items. We had the Lamb Ozbox, the Beef Poutine, and Halloumi (cheese bites). You can choose your spice level, and it can get spicy! The flavours were delicious and unique, and the portions are huge. This Canadian franchise has a great flavour profile and a heart warming origin story, and the customer service at this location was outstanding. We'll be back!

I had an amazing experience at Osmow’s Shawarma thanks to Jim! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure my order was perfect. The food was fresh, generously portioned, and absolutely delicious. Jim’s great attitude and excellent customer service really stood out and made the whole experience even better. It’s not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond like he does. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location. Thanks again, Jim!

I have been a loyal Osmow’s customer for the last 5 years and have always enjoyed the food and service. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was very disappointing. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt that I was being treated differently, which made me very uncomfortable. Whether intentional or not, the experience came across as discriminatory and was not what I expect from a brand I have supported for years. This kind of behavior hurts the reputation of the entire Osmow’s brand. Thankfully, there was a turbaned gentleman working there who spoke to us politely, listened to our concerns, and genuinely tried to resolve the situation. I appreciate his professionalism and customer service. Because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and addresses these issues so that other customers do not have the same experience.

When I tried my beef wrap, it was the best wrap I ever tasted! The taste has just the right amount of juice to fill me up, and their staff was very nice and kind. Would recommend! Im coming back here!
