Lebanese grocer on 17 Avenue SE, fully halal, with a butcher counter at the back of the shop. It has been on the street since 2004. The counter is the reason to come. It cuts AAA steaks to order, and the beef is priced below what the big supermarkets charge. Regulars come back for the quality and the selection, and some drive across town to buy their meat here. The front of the small shop carries cheese, olives and the dry goods a Middle Eastern kitchen needs, so you can do most of your shopping in one stop. Finding it The butcher counter is at the back, past the grocery shelves. Parking is on 17 Avenue. The staff are friendly and polite.
