Very disappointed with my experience at the Airdrie Popeyes. This is the second time in a row I’ve placed a pickup order for Honey Garlic Wings, and instead I’ve received the Signature Hot wings, which are the spiciest option on the menu and simply impossible for me to eat. The first time it happened, I assumed it was just an honest mistake. But now it has happened again, and it no longer feels like an accident—it feels like a recurring issue. As a result, I’ve ended up hungry twice, despite paying for the food I actually ordered. Mistakes can happen, but the same mistake twice is not acceptable. Please pay more attention to pickup orders and make sure customers receive what they ordered.

I didn’t have an excellent experience, as i received my order i realize that there are few feathers apparent on it. I took it back and they were replaced. One of the three chicken pieces was not very well cooked and it had blood inside so i took it back and that was also replaced. However, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

The interaction I had with the Filipina staff member assisting me felt somewhat unprofessional, which made my experience less pleasant than expected.
