Visited Gong Cha Country Hills recently and had a really enjoyable experience. This location is definitely a busy spot, especially during peak hours, so be prepared for a bit of a wait. That said, the atmosphere inside is still very pleasant, clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a nice place to relax while waiting for your drink. Even with the crowd, the staff work efficiently and keep the line moving at a steady pace. The service feels organized, and orders come out fairly quickly considering how popular this place is. It’s clear that this location is well-loved by the community. As for the drinks, the quality really stands out. The milk tea has a rich, well-balanced flavor without being overly sweet, and you can still taste the tea itself, which I appreciate. The pearls are fresh, soft, and perfectly chewy, adding great texture to the drink. Overall, Gong Cha Country Hills is a reliable go-to for bubble tea lovers. Despite being busy, it offers a welcoming environment and consistently good drinks that make it worth the visit every time. 👍

I avoided this place for two years due to a terrible experience with the tiny disappointing pearls, and it was tragic to find out through using my last gift card (last month) that nothing about this hasn’t improved. I’m sad that this shop functions nothing like how it did when it started when they cared about the quality of their pearls. Speaking of gift cards, if you are someone thinking of getting a gift card for a special person, gift cards purchased here cannot be used at other locations unlike other franchises. Employees are fine and friendly. Country Hills Gongcha Management has 0 standards over the quality of their pearls. If you want bubble tea around Country Hills, you’d be better visiting Coco (just across the street beside T&T), where pearl size quality is respected. I am willing to rewrite my review and score higher when this location fixes the pearls issue. Until then, I do not recommend this place

Great boba place, it smelled amazing inside and so did my drink, but i have a critique about PRICE and it's for gingerbread bottle event ONLY. I got a bottle for the holidays and it was $3.50 on top of the drink! Mine with my sister's drink together was more than $18!!! (expensive in my opinion!) I have to say, they tasted good, but with the bottle was overpriced. I still love the bottle very much and will use it many more times, too cute, but expensive. This is just for the gingerbread and i think the normal sizes are VERY FAIR price for great quality stuff. Please note that I love the normal size and it's very worth it. Also, the place is decorated so cute and i love being there! That is my opinion and I mean it in the kindest way possible. ☺️ (Excuse my grammar) 🥲
