from GoogleI was originally planning to go to Chipotle but decided to give this place a try instead. I ordered the beef shawarma, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The preparation could have been better, and I found the flavor fairly average. The staff were pleasant enough, but the service could benefit from a bit more training and attention. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement. Based on this visit, I probably wouldn’t return anytime soon.
I Recently visited Osmow’s and absolutely loved the food! 😍 Everything was fresh, delicious, and so yummy. The staff were super friendly, and the service was quick and efficient. I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back again! 😊❤️
⭐️⭐️ Honest Review Based on My Experience ⭐️⭐️ I tried the beef shawarma, but unfortunately, I was not happy with my purchase. The beef was very tough and chewy, almost like bubblegum, and it was difficult to eat. It also took quite a while for my order to be prepared. I noticed that the beef was sliced into small diced/cubed pieces, which may have affected the texture. The customer service was also quite slow during my visit. I believe there is room for improvement in both the food quality and customer service. Hopefully, my feedback can help improve the experience for future customers. This is an honest review based on my personal experience. 🙏

I ordered a Wrap Box: STIX™ (Fries), Chicken Shawarma, Garlic Sauce & Tahini (Recommended for all Shawarmas), NO Spice, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Hummus. The food was unflavored.
I visited Osmows tonight and the food was amazing! The service provided by Elizabeth was excellent aswell.
