Gong cha is always tasty. I go to JCS high school and usually order Gong Cha in Seton. Over weekends, we usually hang out with friends at Crossiron mall. Can you plz have Hinbor for your stores at CrossIron? We usually order as a group from its app, and earn rewards. Even some of us don’t have credit card to use for the App, we could use debit card to order on its integrated kiosk too. It would be much more convenient, and it’s important factor for us when choosing the drinks. We will order much more often because of the fun experience!

We’ve been going to this location multiple times a month since it opened, usually on weekends. Never had any issues with the service. The servers were always polite and smiling. Today I took my sister who’s visiting from the USA. When Johnny gave us our order my sister asked for straws. His answer was “I was just about to give them to you. Patience.” Needless to say as a Calgarian I was mortified at his choice of words and tone. After some thought We decided to take this up with management, only to be told there were none on site. Then another employee called Cam tried to make us see things from their point of view saying that customers demand straws too quickly and could we see how that feels? The thing is, if you’re in the service industry dealing with customers, you need to treat them better, no matter how good your over-priced drinks are, or it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

This is the best Gong Cha I have gone to by far!! They made my drinks so delicious it tastes heavenly every first sip! The staff never disappoints, they are always so sweet and customer service is top tier. Having Lance and Liz take our orders was such a highlight of my day, they served us with kindness and friendly smiles that made us enjoy our drinks even more :)) I highly recommend the taro smoothie bubble tea with pearls, they make it perfectly every time!!

Gong Cha is honestly one of my favorite bubble tea spots. The drinks are always fresh and flavorful, and you can really taste the quality of the tea. The staff are friendly and the service is usually quick even when it’s busy, especially these 2 workers Liz and Lance. The place is clean and has a good atmosphere to hang out or grab a drink with friends. Definitely recommend if you’re craving good bubble tea!
