I regret eating here with my family. Don't come here if you expect them to compete with even an average donair shop. The garbage they sell is disappointing. - beef shawarma had no flavour, and was dry & chewy. (Warning: they charge extra for their mediocre sauces and and is garbage next to even an average donair) - attempted to use bottom of barrel veggies; including brown lettuce and soupy tomatoes. Got snippy when I told I wanted fresh veggies. - The street shawarma is a rip-off with only had 3 small pieces of their flavourless beef on it (see picture) - they forgot my wife's beef shawarma in the order. She had mine, I had a bowl of cereal. - do not order french fries., They sat a long time after being cooked and were cold and mush. My 10yo refused to touch them. (See picture with cold mashed potato fry) They definitely can't back up their claims with this slop they sell and did not listen to our order. Save your money and go get a donair from nearly anywhere else.

I grew up eating from the original location osmows, and anytime I visit a franchise I’m usually not impressed. But this location at Deerfoot city was awesome, clean, fresh. The lady who helped us out immediately greeted us, she made our food with attention to detail as if she was feeding her own family. Will definitely come back! 100% recommend.

The food is so flavorful. The source is rich. We love the taste! The staff is super chilled and friendly. The great part is there is no tip option at POS and we love it. Will come back!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Osmow’s location. While customers were waiting for their food, the staff seemed more focused on cleaning than preparing orders. The wait was much longer than it should have been, and after all that, the food was served cold. The portion size was also unacceptable. I regularly visit the Osmow’s on 17th Ave, and for the exact same price, they fill the chicken on rice and fries generously. At this location, the portions were noticeably smaller, making it feel like I paid the same amount for much less food. Another frustrating part of my visit was when I asked to add more vegetables. I was told I could only choose three, even though the 17th Ave location has always been happy to add as many vegetables as I request. Although she eventually added them, the inconsistency between locations is disappointing. The only reason I came to this location was because it was the closest at the time, but I definitely regret that decision. Between the long wait, cold food, poor portion sizes, and lack of customer service, this was one of the worst Osmow’s experiences I’ve had. I’ll be sticking to the 17th Ave location from now on. They consistently provide fresh food, generous portions, faster service, and genuinely care about their customers. This location has a lot to improve if it wants customers to return.
