I dined here while shopping at the mall. Ordered a falafel bowl with salad and sauce and it did not disappoint. Both salads were fresh, nice acidity in the parsley salad. The falafels were made to order, liked their donut shape than the typical round shape you get everywhere else. Falafels had nice crunch and crispness on the outside, cooked all the way through inside. Tahini sauce and both pickles were good as well. Quick and professional service, station was kept clean and stocked.

Very disappointing meal. Ive been here when it first opened and the quality of the food was fresh and delicious. This time the chicken was overly spiced, the potatoes taste of raw soy sauce (not sure why) and the pickled radish was mushy and gross. Lastly it is silly to provide hummus and garlic sauce if the platter doesn't come with pita bread. I will not be back and could not recommend this place to anyone.

10 years back there used be a couple who run this place with their heart and soul. Later a 2 smart female entrepreneurs took over. Their customer service was awesome, and food was even better. Yesterday, happened to visit Crossiron after a long time. Stopped by - first of all the person who took the order had a pathetic attitude and was argumentative when we told them what we wanted. While I was there I noticed the way the couple of the staff who were making fun of a customer who ordered specific order. The customer was surprised the client mentioned why there is additional charges in Toronto they don't charge? For which the staff - "WE HAVE PROTOCOLS" and later was making fun of those customers. Honestly they don't even know how and what the Arabic food is made. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PATHETIC ATTITUDE. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY UNLESS THEY CHANGE THE ATTITUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS. Note: The previous owners used to invite people to come and have a taste and people used to love it. The new management doesnt even want to run the business. IT'S EXPECTED FOR AUTOPILOT

Whenever my wife and I drive through Calgary, we always make a point to stop at this Villa Medina. It is the best. An explosion of flavour in our mouths. So good!

This is my favourite Shawarma place to eat. A weekly regular for me. The staff are nice and the Super size Chicken Shawarma Wrap with a side of Garlic Potatoes is filling and delicious.
