There are three shawarma places around Yankee Valley Boulevard and Yankee Crossing Market, but I’ve always had the best experience at Shawarma Palace. The portions are very generous, and the meat is always juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The vegetables are fresh, and everything is well seasoned. It’s truly great value for the money. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very professional. Even when there’s a line, they work efficiently and serve customers quickly. The only thing I found a bit surprising was that my Uber Eats order took much longer than expected, even though the restaurant is very fast when ordering in person. I’m not sure if that was due to the restaurant or the delivery service, but it definitely won’t stop me from ordering again. Overall, I highly recommend Shawarma Palace. Great food, generous portions, excellent service, and a consistently enjoyable experience!

Stay away!! Ordered via Uber eats, delivery was 40mins longer than quoted. Food was absolutely soggy with a burnt taste. Potatoes were absolutely gross. The Greek salad vegetables were relatively fresh l, no olives and very little Feta cheese. Baklava was good. Whole bag in the garbage and $59 down the drain.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place!!!! This place needs a food and safety inspection ASAP!!!! We ate the chicken shawarma... wow the worst I have ever tasted. Baklava is dry old.... Table was rocking so bad it was a joke, floor is beyond disgusting 🫣 People serving food here should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

I've been a customer for over 3 years, and they've been very consistent with my orders. However, my most recent experience was disappointing. The lady who worked as the cashier was rude, and my food wasn't wrapped properly. This is the first time I've had such poor service, and I hope they can improve their customer service and pay more attention to how orders are prepared.

We come here often, about 3-4 times a month ! Every. Single. Time. The food is amazing. We order the platters and its enough for 2 people, easily. My bf and I share usually the #12 as it contains all meats. Sometimes can barely close the container, its so full ! Of course this place is busy around dinner time and the wait can be a little long (15 mins) (long in fast food terms). However, the wait is sooo worth it ! Seriously if it wasn't so busy I'd be worried. The guys behind the counter are quick and efficient and so friendly. Don't you ever leave this 'hood Shawarma Palace !! If you're ordering thru Uber etc., don't put your crappy experience on the maker but rather on the delivery person. Sometimes they pick up multiple orders from multiple places to make it worth their time. In the end, your not satisfied. Come in and order, eat in or take home ! You will not be disappointed and if you are, that's on you, not them.
