from GoogleWe visited Chaiiwala of London today around lunch time and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The portion sizes were extremely small for the price. The desserts were very dry and did not taste fresh. The croissant channa masala was especially concerning- the channa tasted sour. The cheese sandwich also had an off taste, like the cheese had absorbed smells from vegetables stored nearby. To make matters worse, we ended up with upset stomachs after eating there. The only thing we enjoyed was the kadak chai. Overall, the food quality did not match the pricing, and we left very disappointed.
We had a great experience! You can go to any coffee or tea shop and have the same slop and things cooked for you from a box with no quality. Finally we have our new regular caffeine fix! This place is amazing. Drinks are all good, food quality is amazing. Worth every dollar over competitors. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you have not tried it yet then I recommend at least come have a good drink, taste the food. You will not be disappointed!
I ordered a delivery from this place and believe me it’s not a restaurant. They are serving frozen food. They should add this logo freezer fresh to their name. Chickpeas were OK but their Halwa was tasteless and puris were like chewing a rubber. Omelet was ok. Also, got aloha and they were like frozen Aloo parantha from Shanna or some freezer brand. I spent $60 for three things +2 Chai and it was worthless.
The aroma when you walk in is amazing, and the chai lives up to the hype. Huge shoutout to Ishika for the phenomenal service! She knew the menu inside and out and helped me customize my order to perfection. She’s an absolute asset to this place. I will definitely be a regular here
I had a wonderful experience at Chaiwala Carrington today! The food was really good—fresh, flavourful, and exactly what I was craving. The service was warm and welcoming as always. A special shout-out to Kiran, who helped me with everything so patiently and kindly. She made sure my order was perfect, and her friendly attitude really made my visit enjoyable. Thank you, Kiran, for the amazing service! I’ll definitely be coming back again.
I used to love having chai from here, but I don’t know why they have closed now. Hope that it opens soon.

I had a yummy breakfast with fresh parathas and karak Chai. Tasty food and best service by the management reminded me true taste of punjab. I specifically appreciate hira who is working with true spirit of customer service.
Some restaurant visits are just about the food, but this one was about the whole experience. The food was full of flavour, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the service made us feel genuinely welcomed. Hira was especially kind, attentive, and professional, which really made a difference. It’s always nice to meet someone who takes pride in making guests feel comfortable. Definitely a place I’d be happy to visit again!

Was excited to try this place again. The chai drinks were amazing however the desserts were old and spoiled. The pistachio cake tasted stale and like it had been sitting in a refrigerator for months. They replaced it with a cheesecake that I could not even cut with a fork and that also tasted absolutely horrible. We had to spit it out. The falooda shake has no taste and the shakarkandi was stale and watery. Perhaps the restaurant has expanded into a food niche that they are not ready for. Just stick to the chai!
Popped in for a snack,I am completely unfamiliar with this cuisine but the photos and reviews looked so good. I was excited to try, the staff were wonderful helping me figure out what to order and everything was absolutely delicious I got the Desi Indian Breakfast and everything was so fresh and flavorful. The chai is absolutely next level. The atmosphere is so beautiful and calm. Will absolutely be back can't wait to try more. It was also very well priced. An affordable gem is so rare. Thank you for a wonderful treat.
