Definitely gone downhill. The fries had a weird taste to them last time like they were not in fresh oil. The chicken pieces were extremely dry to the point I could not eat the meat in the photo. The fish piece was shocking because it was so small to cost $5 from the "fish and chips"! The hot sauce is very salty and not spicy. Would not recommend.

Fritou Saddle Town – Crispy, Juicy, halal & Full of Flavor! Fritou in Saddle Town is hands down one of the best places in Calgary for fried chicken. The chicken skin was incredibly crispy, perfectly seasoned and absolutely packed with flavor – every bite was a treat! You can tell it’s freshly made, not greasy, just the right crunch with juicy meat inside. The fact that the food is halal makes it even better for those of us looking for delicious halal options. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The combo meals are also a great value for money. If you’re a fan of crispy, well-seasoned chicken, especially that golden, tasty skin, Fritou is a must-try!

So I ordered three snack boxes today.Two got delivered, and when I called the store to talk to whoever took the order. She started telling me don't shout, which I was just frustrated. And it wasn't shouting at all. Because being a single mom, not working every money counts, and when I talk to Uber, they said, it's not refundable, and I thought, now, who's gonna deliver and do I have to pay more for delivery? Fritou never misses. The chicken is always crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned all the way to the bone. Portions are huge and the fries are perfectly crispy. Staff are super friendly FILIPINA LADY she always gave me 100% customer satisfaction i forget her name ..Worth every penny and the 10-min wait for fresh, made-to-order food. This is our go-to spot!
