Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen
Reviews of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen
from GoogleThis store just opened recently, I only visited once, so I may change the review in the future. For now, base on my limited experience, it is a great place. Friendly staffs and fresh made chicken. The staff told me differently deals and really want to help me to get the maximum value for my money. The size of the chicken is impressive. There are many fried chicken store in this little town, and by far they have the largest portion. The chicken taste good especially the spicy one, and they are really juicy as well. The breasts is on the drier side by so does breasts from any fried chicken store in this town, and theirs are one of the least dry ones. I probably will visit it often in my cheating day. Hopefully it will continue being great.
My friends and I went to go eat here and I ordered the Mac n cheese with my friend. As soon as we placed the order, she handed us the Mac and cheese which I found was a bit odd as if it had just been waiting out. As soon as I took a bite it was cold, lumpy, watery, flavourless and just disgusting overall. When I went to the counter to complain about it the employee was extremely rude to me. I asked if there was any way I could exchange it for a mashed potato or even just get my money back and she denied the options very quickly. I felt extremely disregarded and the worker did not try to come up with a solution at all. Horrible service and rude staff, if I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. And I would like to add, this Mac n cheese was $10, which is insane for something that tasted like dog food and had the texture of cottage cheese. Please do not waste your time coming here and spending your money, you will be utterly disappointed.
me and my friends went to popeyes to get some food and we ordered some mac and cheese to eat. The mac and cheese came out concerningly fast and when we got the mac and cheese it was cold, lumpy, and flavourless. My friend went to the counter to express her concerns and dissatisfaction with the chilly mac and cheese and asked if she could change the mac and cheese for potatoes or get a refund and she simply responded "theres nothing i can do" and was very rude to her. Service was horrible on account of we paid $10 for two bites of mush. I think i would rather eat headcheese than have to taste whatever touched my mouth that day again. Insanely disappointed.
Very Nice and Clean Restaurant Excellent customer service, they waited for us even it was over to close time, we requested to staff, if they wan wait for us as we will not make it at 11 and they said take your time and we are waiting for you. They Made fresh burgers for us and open late. Highly recommended, we should support restaurants like this.
Updated review: I only ordered a box of fries.... As you can see in the photo... Where the missing portion of my fries Popeyes? I paid $10 for a fries & gravy... Absolutely not worth the cost. Far better quality food in town. Skip this place. If -ive starts were an option, that's what the reality of the quality of this place would get. Previous review: Terrible service & refused to give hot sandwiches. Very slothful employees. Small chickens & wasn't freshly made. Sould be served hot.
Best chicken nuggets
Ordered Fries. They guy at front served cold fries, remaining few pieces in tray. After told him about cold food, he replaced cold fries with hot/fresh ones. He threw other fries in garbage. Before you serve food to customers, you should know cold or hot. If a customer is paying money, you should not serve cold/old food. The food that needs to go to garbage should not be served to customers.
Made a quick run 30 minutes before they closed. It was clean, quick service, and consistent quality even though they were about to go home. All items were still available as well.
Extremely slow. Staff were trying but slammed with customers. Disappointing they didn't advise better. We waited 75 min for food. Unacceptable. Should've given credit or something.

What to order
The chicken is the main draw. It comes out fresh and hot, and the spicy pieces are the juiciest to get. Ask at the counter about current deals, since the staff will go through the options with you to get the most value.
Before you go
Build your order around the chicken, which is the star of the menu. Diners say the staff waited for them after closing time when they were running late, and the restaurant stayed quick and consistent even at the end of the day. Visiting
Parking is free, and the restaurant is clean. Diners who visited shortly before closing said service was quick and every item was still available.
