I had a very disappointing experience at Centra Halal Meat, and honestly, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff were extremely unprofessional speaking to customers in an aggressive and disrespectful tone, rushing people through their orders, and even raising their voices. It felt more like being scolded than being served. There was no sense of patience, courtesy, or basic respect. What made it worse was how uncomfortable the whole environment felt. No customer should feel intimidated or unwelcome when simply trying to shop. Good service isn’t complicated it starts with respect, and that was completely missing here. I strongly suggest management takes a serious look at how customers are being treated. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the business and will definitely drive people away. Very disappointing experience, and not one I’d recommend.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible customer ‘service’. They are super rude, unwilling to help or answer the simplest questions, and there’s nothing that would ever make me come back here. Horrible experience.

Great selection of meats and cuts. Although there may be a bit of a wait at times, you’re definitely waiting for quality. Always worth it. Amazing team, will always be coming back.
