Just had a horrible experience drive-through lady was very unprofessional and I got a big Mary’s sandwich and the chicken is dry and not much for $15. I should’ve went somewhere else.

We ended up going here tonight because a youtube video talking about them being the healthiest of the fried chicken chains, canadian owned (refuses to sell out), and they use alot of canadian ingredients. It has always been my favorite chicken place and now the fact they wont sell out is also a reason to give them all my support. This location is also fantastic. Nice place to eat and the staff here are amazing. Made us feel welcome. Keep up the good work!

Shawn came out to the dining area to let me know that the cooks were working on a fresh batch of chicken so there would be a short wait. A wait doesn’t bother me at all and to have the manager come out and speak plainly and politely really made my day! Thank you to everyone on shift! You’re the best.

Usually the food at Mary Brown’s is great, but this experience was disappointing. We came in around 7:00 PM, and the store closes at 8:00 PM. We were told they couldn’t serve us chicken because they had already started cleaning and that they were short staffed and had to start cleaning up early. They also said the chicken takes 20 minutes to cook, which still would have had it ready well before closing. If you’re open until 8:00 PM, customers should still be able to order the main menu. Great food, but the service this time was disappointing.
